• Shaikh (4/5): They hotel was nice but they should tell us that checkout was at 12 pm AFTERNOON AND NOT 12 am MIDNIGHT - It is very luxurious and comfy When we booked the hotel it said checkout from 12 am midnight, but they told us to checkout at 12 pm and they charged us 30rm/hr!!!!!!!!!!😡🤬

• Siti (5/5): this is the first and last time staying her - The location was okay, convenience to go to shopping mall & easily to find all your needs, house size quite big enough for my family. the room size okay, kitchen facility okay too. for 1st timer the location it's quite inconvenience and confusing, The parking is very challenging, very Difficult to get parking. And the lift from parking always got problem. Its okay if i have to wash the utensil but i have to clear and throw the rubbish on my own and need to carry all rubbish to the other side of the house.

• Nurul (3/5): Better off in a hotel with this price - Love the location and the high floor. 1. Instruction stated we need to tap the number lock and press any 2 numbers, but didnt work. We tap using the card 2. The house didnt feel secure 3. Upon entering, smelt of ciggarates is strong 4. House is unkept and did not maintain well 5. Alot of the walls are not painted properly, few power plugs are not working 6. No basic necessities such as toothbrush, shampoo etc in comparison like other r&f host 7. Bed is very very thin 8. Aircon in one room is leaking badly and smell so bad! 9. Staff was not friendly

• Siti (1/5): Okay - Strategic The parking was bad. Cannot enter the parking because the card has entry problem. Called the PIC 15-20 times both, then after that got the answer. They asked to park the car at the mall parking, and they said to pay us back, but they never do until now. Once we arrived at the house door, the instruction to open the door was to touch your hand then the number will appear, but the door has problem. How many times we touch but nothing appear. Look like they never change the battery. It takes us 20 minutes just to open the door with different way than the instruction they gave us.
