• Luciana (8/5): - Súper céntrico, a dos pasos de todo. Muy silencioso, ideal para descansar luego de un paseo por la ciudad. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue buena, las instrucciones claras. Si no estás en forma, las escaleras pueden ser un problema. Nosotros particularmente no lo vivimos como un problema pero puede serlo para otros. El baño un poco pequeño. El estado del apartamento en general es bueno pero pronto necesitará reformas. Los precios en florencia son altos por lo que entiendo que para lo que pagamos fue muy bueno. Lo recomiendo pero por ese precio en otras ciudades tendrías mucho más calidad.
• Monica (9/5): Appartenento grande, attrezzato e valido , ottima posizione , difficile da raggiungere per le numerose scale ripide. - Ottima posizione e appartamento molto carino , aprendo la finestra si vede la cupola del Duomo. Essendo al 4 piano senza ascensore , con scale molto ripide sconsigliabile a persone non giovani o atletiche. Bagno non pulitissimo, ma accettabile.

• Ilaria (9/5): Ideale in centro a Firenze - Posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro storico, con codice di primo accesso facile da utilizzare. L'appartamento è spazioso, comodo per coppie (o con 1 bambino), ben ristrutturato e pulito. Doppio affaccio sui tetti di Firenze, quindi molto luminoso e ventilato. Riscaldamento funzionante e dotato anche di aria condizionata. TV grande con Netflix e altro. Macchina caffè Nespresso con cialde. Salire e scendere dal quarto piano può essere faticoso per qualcuno, ma in caseggiati d'epoca è normale non avere l'ascensore.

Le scale di accesso. 5 o 6 rampe incredibilmente ripide con pedata ridotta, totalmente inadatte a chi ha una disabilità anche solo temporanea o lieve. La cosa deve essere segnalata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione.

• Victoria Nicoleta (8/5): Perfect for a short stay when travelling light - Location is very good, it’s a cozy stay, perfect for 2 nights maximum. You need to travel light (only backpack) as the 4 flights of stairs are really narrow and it would be very difficult for a trolley. Has a coffee machine with coffee pods there as well which is helpful - although the quality is not very good but it does the job. Bathroom needs improvements. The drain was getting clogged and water came out of the shower and also when you used the sink the water wouldn’t drain.

• Irene (6/5): Apartamento decente con ubicación excelente. - La ubicación es excelente a 10min del Duomo. Nos solicitaron hacer el pago online, pero en una plataforma externa a booking y no nos sentimos cómodos con ello. No nos pusieron problemas y nos espero una vecina que nos dio los códigos para acceder al apartamento tras pagar en efectivo. 4piso sin ascensor +2 tramos para llegar al primero (no reformadas, salvo el primer tramo) La casa necesita una reforma, especialmente el baño donde hay humedades. La cocina estaba algo sucia y poco equipada (no había trapos ni balletas ni microondas). Caro para lo que es el alojamiento.

• Svetlana (8/5): - Тихая, уютная, чистая квартира. В квартире находиться всё необходимое. В душе и в раковине плохо проходит вода. После принятия душа поддон был полностью заполнен водой, вода была на полу. Очень узкие входные двери, коридоры и очень высокая лестница.

• Christina (5/5): Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist toll, aber das gleicht die negativen Punkte nicht aus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sc - Die Lage ist sehr zentral - man ist in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum und an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war katastrophal. Ich habe tagelang warten müssen bis meine Fragen beantwortet wurden. Kurzfristige Hilfe hat man nicht bekommen. Zudem wurde mir für die Bezahlung ein Link zu einem Drittanbieter über WhatsApp geschickt. Ich bin zunächst sehr erschrocken und wusste nicht ob das eine Betrugsmasche ist. Auch hier habe ich wieder tagelang auf eine Antwort via dem Booking Chat warten müssen. Das schlimmste war aber die Lage der Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Altbaus. Das Treppenhaus und die Stufen sind sehr schmal und durch den Altbau ist es wie im 6. Stock. Es gibt kein Aufzug. Ich bin alleine gereist und musste meinen 30kg Koffer diese Treppe hochtragen und habe vor Anstrengung geweint. Man hat sich deswegen mehrmals überlegt, ob man während einem Stadttag nochmal spontan in die Wohnung will… Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da die Ausstattung schlecht war. Sauberkeit war naja. Es gab Spinnweben an der Decke. Die Bettwäsche hatte ein Loch. Die Handtücher waren verfärbt. In der Dusche war Schimmel. Allem in allem ist es einfach zu teuer!

• Niki (10/5): Great location, great facilities, great host. - The location was great. The host and stuff were very accommodating. Walking to the 4th floor through a narrow corridor with poor lighting and tiny steps was uncomfortable, but we understand that buildings in the central area are old and near impossible to renovate, so we don't hold it against the property.

• gelli (10/5): - Personalmente, ho apprezzato tutto. Dalla luce, alla privacy, alla comodità, alla funzionali servizi (cucina, bagno). La vista è splendida, consentendo di abbracciare in un solo sguardo Giotto e Brunelleschi, e di rendere omaggio ai tetti rossi della città e alla fuga nella strada amica e abitata dai suoi discreti passanti. Si potrebbe dire che i gradini siano numerosi, ma tutto sommato la qualcosa non desta meraviglia, è la parte esperenziale tipica di 'un edificio alto', ovvero, di una torre in questo senso ('La Torre di Anna'). Per la qualcosa, se di meraviglia ancora vogliamo parlare, ho apprezzato anche quelli, assiepati tuttavia in corte rampe, addolciti ed intervallati da comodi percorsi di raccordo in piano. Ho trovato non di meno la familiarità della Città, a cominciare dal Bargello e dal Duomo a pochi passi, e poi nelle vicinanze negozi di prima necessità, ed anche soprattutto una felice ritemprante sosta nel piccolo gradito appartamento in cima alle scale, a ristoro delle mie lunghe e appassionate attività di studio. • Melissa (8/5): Beautiful apartment with a lot of stairs. - Lovely top floor studio, quiet and nice views. Be mindful while this is on the 4th floor. In reality it is about 6-7 flights of steep stairs. Fine for us, but could be a challenge for others.

• Matthew (9/5): A room with a view - lovely apartment right in the centre of Florence. - Really lovely, nicely decorated apartment in a great location. Not something I didn’t like as I knew in advance the apartment was on the fourth floor of an old building, but there were a lot of steps to climb.

Payment is done through a different website, but everything was alright, no issues There are a lot of stairs. We knew that before going so it was not a problem for us, but it might be difficult with heavy bags or for older people. Shower edges could be a little cleaner, otherwise the apartment is clean and quite comfortable
• Mana (6/5): Location was good. - The place were extremely cold, we contacted them but they did not bother to come and check why the heater did not turn on, the water was cold, so we also could not take a shower. The mattress was too old and caused us backache, the extra blanket was dirty.

There is a lot of stairs and I don’t think (but I am not sure) it was explain before. It was clean but there was dried blood on the sheet.

• Xiaodong (7/5): In general it is a good option to stay if you want to spend one night or even a few days in Florence. We had the problem - Location is very good. Check in flow is pretty clear. The room is quiet and with all the necessary equipment. You can see the dome of the cathedral from your bedroom. Stairs without elevator. If you have heavy luggages, be cautious.

• Artem (5/5): Passable - Location is good, close to center of the city. Clean bed sheets, towels and in gerenaly whole apartment. Fast response from host in whatsapp. quiet in the night. Good amount of dishes. There was super cold in the winter. Apartment has heating, but it automatically turns off when reaches specific temperature, that you don't have control over. I don't know how much was that. But it felt like 15. We asked host to increase it, because we had to work from home , he raised temperature, but just a little bit, we ended up with cold. The water pressure in the shower is super weak and sometimes it can just turns off for a minute which makes good combination with cold appartment... I did reservation specifing VAT number and Company name and got no invoice from host. Hard to get into appartment. It locates on 4th floor in really narrow entrance with no lights inside. Kettle looks horrible, lid is broken, full of plastic smell. it should be throwed out.

• Irmak (3/5): Poor - location -narrow stairs, really hard to carry the luggage -low water pressure, the water was either boiling or cold no middle ground and had to wait a lot to water to boil (so much waste of water) -bed was very uncomfortable and I guess the bed spring was broken
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, clean and cozy small apartment for a couple. The apartment is located in the city centre, with a pretty view of the Duomo (especially at night). It was perfect for a two days trip, since its location allowed us to stroll down the centre without any means of transportation. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. When I come back to Firenze, I will definitely book this apartment again!

No lighting on the 4th floor to see the stairs. 4th floor - over 100 steps The room had not been cleaned the 4 days I was there. Apartment was very dirty. Did not feel safe in there due to door - could use more safety features.
• Piyush (1/5): Bad experience in Italy - We stayed at 7 properties in Italy, this one and only was worst experiences we had in Italy. Otherwise we gave 5/5 to all other properties besides this. First of all, it is on 5th floor. Between 1st and 2nd floor, it has more than 40 steps. At some point it is only 3 feet wide stair case. Light turns OFF on stairways. From room windows you see only next door roof. Bed squeaking, cannot even turn around. And worst of all AC/HEAT is controlled by owner from remote. Second night, at 9 PM, I had temperature set at 24 degrees Celsius, heat didn't come till several messages were sent to the owner. At 1 AM They asked me to raise temperature, so I did 32 degrees Celsius. We didn't get any sleep, no apologies from owner at all. Lots of meldew in room. I have everything on Whatsapp conversation from temperature to room condition.

• Eleonore (8/5): Excellent location for a stay in Firenze - The apartment is VERY central, every attraction is at a walking distance. It was clean and relatively new, very functional for two people. We would definitely recommend this place! This was mentioned multiple times during the booking process, but there are a significant amount of stairs. This wasn’t really an issue for us, but it is something to keep in mind. Also, the water pressure and temperature is uneven sometimes. Nonetheless, the location and the comfortable aspect of this apartment make it worth it!
