matthew (6/5): Good location, needs a bit of TLC! - Sauna is a nice touch and good communal area. Would be very tight for 8 though. Tired, outside very unkept and pretty much unusable. Needs a bit of love.
Charona (6/5): Huis met potentieel - De accomodatie heeft een goede ligging in Nieuwpoort Stad, op wandelafstand van de tram. Het huis heeft veel potentieel, een mooie keuken en grote badkamer. Ook de 3 slaapkamers zijn standaard tot ruim. De woonkamer is gezellig ingericht en er is voldoende ruimte voor het toegelaten aantal personen. De dakkoepel in de keuken is zeer fijn als het warm is. De hygiëne was ondermaats. Het huis was enkel oppervlakkig gepoetst, veel stofvlokken en vuil te vinden achter hoek en kant, vlekken op de sprei op het bed, ... Het terras is een groot pluspunt maar was zo vuil dat we er geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Ook de afwerking in het huis kan echt wel beter. Er zijn geen grote renovaties nodig, het huis heeft alles wat er nodig is, maar een opknapbeurt (afwerking, spots die niet werken, ...) en grondige poetsbeurt zijn aan te raden.
