- Joy (9/5): - The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to southern cross station ,DFO ,Melbourne Aquarium . The view on the 30 floor was fantastic. The pool was heated and we really enjoyed the spa, steam room and jacuzzi. Very easy check in and out. Comfortable apartment.

If you open the windows it was very very noisy, not just from traffic but also wind noise. I ended up getting quite a bad headache on day 2 and 3 and felt rather dizzy from lack of natural air flow

- Ann (8/5): Okay, not amazing. - Location was great and the room had all the amenities you needed. The unit was a bit uncomfortable and used looking. Could do with an update of furniture and paint. Only 1 facecloth was provided and the shower grout was a bit dirty. Bedding as average. Couch very uncomfortable.

- Venilia (10/5): Close to city and tram. Apartment have beautiful view. Host is nice and quick response. - The apartment close to city centre, there is free tram in front of the apartment. It has beautiful views from main bedroom. The host is very nice and quick response, clear instructions. Easy to enter the apartment and parking. Recommended and lovely place. The carpet on both bedrooms was dirty of stain. The dryer also lots of dust and the ceiling of laundry room lots of mould and dust.
On the bathroom there is still have some hairs on the floor and inside the shower. Perhaps it can be clean more often.

- Vang (9/5): Superb - On level 30 overlooking Docklands the view was amazing at night, Place was clean and cosy and a great base to explore Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to Woollies, Shopping and entertainment and transport. Has wifi, laundry, dryer and facilities were amazing, pool, sauna and gym. Parking space was spacious and not super tight.
Host was very responsive and helpful. Everything in order, getting out via car during peek hour can be challenging as cars will queue across the main road but not holding it against the place.

Great value for money! - Beautiful views, great location and pool + jacuzzi Cleanliness levels perhaps could’ve been better. Stains on carpet, marks on walls weren’t mentioned prior to booking as a courtesy and shower drains need a deep clean.

Supplies of food and toiletries a pleasant surprise. Not very clean - particularly the bathroom. Carpet area lots of stains
- Linda (8/5): With the exception of the construction noise, a great spot, great pool gym sauna & steam room too - Location was really central with quick access to the tram system to take you pretty much anywhere. A two minute stroll took you to the river frontage of the Yarra and its eateries. Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Views are stunning right over the city and out to the sea. Five minute walk from the train station/airport shuttle bus. Great spot where you wont need a car. There is a tower block under construction right outside your window and the workers start at 7am 6 days a week and finish at 4.30pm. As they are not closed in yet, this will be an issue for sometime to come. Impacts on peace and privacy as workmen are right there working. Very very noisy. Cant open windows or it becomes deafening.
