The flat was spacious and very well fitted out. It was very comfortable. The garden would be lovely in summer! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in London Everything was great

• John (10/5): Great holiday stay! - We were very comfortable in the flat over the Christmas holiday. The flat is outfitted well, and for us, it was fairly close to where our daughter lives for visiting. We even enjoyed the lovely garden area on some more mild days. The host was extremely responsive and had left some festive treats. Much appreciated! I’m not a fan of lower ground flats, but with this flat the garden area more than makes up for it. And this flat does not suffer from poor ambient light. There is street noise typical for the area but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit and very quiet.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Piękne i wygodne mieszkanie w świetnej okolicy - Pięknie urządzone mieszkanie, w bardzo przyjemnej, spokojnej,bezpiecznej, mieszkalnej okolicy, blisko do lokalnych restauracji, sklepu, przystanków autobusowych i stacji metra Earls Court (ok 10 min spokojnego spaceru) Mieszkanie wygodne, składa się z 2 pokoi, dużego salonu z kuchnią i jadalnią, łazienki i ogrodu. Pełne wyposażenie, jak we własnym domu (były nawet hantle i mata do ćwiczeń!). Wyposażenie świetnej jakości. Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko. Wszystkie materiały, meble świetnej jakości. Mieszkanie jest położone (jak to w londyńskich domach) na poziomie niższego parteru. Ale jest cieple, jasne, schludne, czyste i pachnące. Z pewnością jeśli będziemy w Londynie to tam wrócimy i będziemy polecać innym. Jak na „londyński standard” to zdecydowanie 11/10 :-) Przerasta oczekiwania! Byliśmy kilka dni, ale spokojnie mogłoby naszej 3 osobowej rodzinie takie mieszkanie służyć na dłużej Wszystko było po prostu super. Doskonały i szybki kontakt z właścicielami

• Amanda (8/5): Nice basement apartment, perfect for a weekend stay. - I can't thank the owners of Chic and charming enough. Communication was excellent bearing in mind that we needed the apartment immediately, when our previous booking was cancelling with no notice. The apartment was clean (after the brilliant cleaner whipped it into shape THANK YOU!), the beds comfy. The kitchen was adequate for our needs which was basically breakfast and making sandwiches. There is a shop just around the corner. The V &A/ Natural History museum is 30 minutes walk away. Underground around 6-8 mins walk. It's in a quiet street in the basement. For what we needed, it was perfect. Thank you. Bathroom light flickered so needed a little maintenance.

• Rajat (2/5): Very poor - Actually there is nothing to like other than the location. Basement, no daylight during whole day. insufficient heating with non functional thermostat, broken shower leaking water, partly broken electric plate. Compared to the rental price, the property is awfully disappointing. Overall it was wastage of too much money for me. Think 5 times before you book.
