• Karoline (3/5): Enttäuschend - Nicht zu empfehlen, spontane Stornierung ohne Information im Vorfeld am Check-in Tag möglich! Der erste Kontakt nach Buchung war sehr nett und ausführlich. Eine Woche vor Aufenthalt gab ich unsere Check-in Zeit an, auf diese Nachricht wurde nicht geantwortet. Am Tag der Anreise habe ich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wegen des Check-in aufgenommen, ich war bereits in London mit 3 Kindern angekommen, und der Vermieter hat die Unterkunft storniert. Es erfolgte keine Information im Vorfeld! Laut Vermieter gab es einen Mangel an der Wohnung und daher sei die Wohnung nicht zu bewohnen, Booking.com hat mir geschrieben: der Vermieter hätte gemeldet, er hätte wegen Überbuchung storniert.
• Marina (1/5): PARA NADA RECOMENDADO, NOS CANCELAN SIN AVISARNOS - Nada. Absolutamente nada. Cero compromiso por parte del dueño o dueña con sus huéspedes. Nos canceló el alojamiento sin avisarnos con antelación. Llegábamos al apartamento sobre las 00/01h de la madrugada y nos canceló el alojamiento a las 23:35 de esa misma noche. Todo.

Loopafstand 5 a 10 min Veel in het huis was kapot. - luxaflex slaapkamer stuk - traptrede kapot en mist latjes - schimmel in badkamer op plafond - gaten in de muren - erg koud, kleine kacheltjes - bank in huiskamer was vies/ onder de vlekken
• Priscilla (8/5): Lovely host , elegant flat, attractive locality. T L9 - It was a pleasure to deal with our host, who was most welcoming, and who responded to all questions very promptly and helpfully. The situation was perfect for me to visit my family, and with delightful green spaces, cafés, shops etc , would suit most people. The flat is very elegant and had almost everything you might need. The central heating was effective and the water hot. The details for entry were clear. My bed was extremely comfortable and it was a rare pleasure for everyone to have enough pillows. I would come again. The flat was very cold when I arrived and took a while to heat up, though lovely when it did,! The WiFi seemed to be annoyingly unstable, especially for the TV. Minor .minuses: It would be a kindness to provide one full-length mirror and although impeccably clean, the towels were very, very small. I really needed a bedside table.

• Lindsay (8/5): Great place to stay for a few nights and very handy for 58th street club in Peckham . - Easy to find and gain access. nice and clean . Nice decor No hairdryer ! The garden was unusable , would be nice to have a seating area there Unable to fully close and lock the front bedroom window A screen across the back bunk room for privacy maybe
• Jana (10/5): Schöne und saubere Unterkunft - Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe eines großen Parks mit einem großen Spielplatz für Kinder. Die nächste Bushaltestellen zum Zentrum sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir fanden es als 7-köpfige Famile mit einem schwerbehinderten, lebensverkürzt erkrankten Kind sehr schön, in dieser Unterkunft. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort.

• Adetutu (4/5): Disappointing - The environment. On our 1st night & 3rd night, we literally couldn't sleep until 2am because the tenant upstairs had a fight with her boyfriend/man. It was so noisy and a lot of curse words that we were scared out of our minds. I had my 72 year old mother, 18 months old toddler & 15 years old daughter. The shared passage was always so dirty from our first night that we swept it every other day. I told the host about it and the heater when it wasn't coming up on our first night, but she never responded to any of my emails or reached out to be sure we were OK. The first bathroom had clogs of hair in the drainage. We had to bring it all out to be able to use it

• Oberia (8/5): Comfortable for the whole family. - Good size apartment, comfortable beds, washing machine was very handy. The steps down to the kitchen were damaged (but probably not an easy fix). Some extension cords in the rooms for the side lamps would be good.
• Carine (3/5): Poor - The tenant who lives in the apartment upstairs locked the door from the inside (see the attached image), so even with the keys I couldn't open it. I spent more than an hour in the cold, wind and rain with 3 small children, including a 6-month-old baby crying from the cold and hunger. I tried to contact the owner of the apartment and she knew about my situation. I warned her that if she didn't solve the problem I would call the police and even so, at no point did she help me solve the problem. It was very traumatic and ruined my trip.

It’s a bit far from central London so you’ll need to plan yo - The place was kept clean and it was only a 6 min walk to the nearest bus stop. The room & water heater worked well and it was a comfortable stay! The room with the bunk beds did not have a door to separate from the living room, so it’s a bit difficult to get some privacy there.
• Evie (10/5): Clean, Convenient, Family-Friendly! - The flat was super clean and cute, with two bathrooms, which was a lifesaver. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we loved how close it was to bus stops and a grocery store. The key box made check-in easy, too. Highly recommend!

Close to store to get groceries. The house is cute and so smart to get the keys from a box. Very clean, two bathrooms with shower. Very recommended N/A
