• Bec (1/5): DO NOT BOOK!! Wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone! - We didn’t actually stay at the property. We didn’t initially receive any key retrieval information, which I had to ask for multiple times before I was given them. We then received a message asking for us to check in later due to a last minute maintenance issue being to be fixed. As we attempted to get the key, as per the instructions, we were informed that the key in the box isn’t the key that is normally in their for guests. To cut a long story short - after 3 hours, multiple phone calls to the property manager - most of which were screened/ignored. We were unable to access the room or building and had to seek alternative accommodation. Property manager told us multiple times that he was trying to contact his offshore supervisor and was unable to provide any further information in order to assist us.
• Roshina (1/5): Bad - central location The worst part was bed mattress for both room, it was old and worn out and spring would hurt badly while sleeping. We stayed for 3 nights and were very uncomfortable to sleep. I contacted the owner and told the mattress is super bad to sleep and they told they will send tradie to fix bed frame, while the issue was mattress. However the tradie only contacted after our check out. If they rent the property at least the beds and mattress should be sleep able. rest was fine with the price. returning back to canberra with sore back. Never ever had such kind of experience even with the lower price apartments. very disappointed, would not suggest anyone to book unless they are sure they changed their mattress 👎
• Chelvaraj (6/5): Apart from Collection of Keys and the German Cockroaches, the stay was pretty good. - Accommodation is in the CBD and is very accessible to Trams and Shopping Centres. The apartment was well equiped with all the required essentials including oil spray, cooking utensils etc. The parking was convenient in the apartment however you will have to enter the apartment car park using a lift for the car. Collection of Keys was really inconvenient: I had to collect the keys from EzyMart, but the staff member there did not check thoroughly for them. They asked me to return after an hour. When I went back, I was told the keys still hadn’t arrived. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called the support line, and they confirmed that the keys had already been delivered. While still on the call, I asked the EzyMart staff to double-check, and the keys were eventually found in the lockbox. However, the garage keys were missing. I contacted support again, and they suggested I check inside the accommodation. After parking my car on the road and searching the accommodation, I couldn’t find the garage remote. I returned to EzyMart and asked the staff to check again. To my surprise, the garage keys were also hooked to the lockbox. The EzyMart staff should have been familiar with the process and conducted a thorough check from the beginning, sparing us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Cockroaches in the apartment: There were many German Cockroaches in the accommodation. The host should have done Pest Control. Beds: The beds were of a very bad quality probably because of wear and tear. The springs from the mattress was hard and poking. Blinds and Privacy: One Blind was broken and was completely removed.
• Kate (6/5): Convenient location but a few difficulties. - Beautiful view. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great shower. Great location in terms of closeness to attractions in CBD. Construction at the front of the building made finding our way to the building and getting the key a nightmare. Instructions to take the lock box upstairs with us were confusing as there was no way of getting the lockbox off from what I could see. Wet laundry in the dryer when we arrived. I found myself doing their laundry and folding it and putting it away. I was hounded by messages with threats of fines regarding this and that which was unpleasant. We had a situation of dropping something down the side of the skinny balcony which I couldn't get to safely. No-one was willing to help. The landlord didn't even respond. The bottom of the door frame in the bathroom was rotten. No brooms or anything to help keep the place tidy. It's a student building I think. Lots of smells in the corridor of cooking etc. Quiet enough though.

• Jenny (6/5): Pleasant - Great location The filter of dryer is incredibly dusty. Both of my arm got rash, right after cleaning the filter. Floor needed a vacuum. One of the towel have stain. Some dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty.
• Jason (1/5): Revolting - Nothing Nothing about this stay was convenient. The state of the place is disgusting and I have already put in a complaint and a request for my money back. Their was stains on the carpet and bloodstains on the pillows. My Son got a rash from sleeping on the beds and the place had a revolting smell and dusty. I would never stay here again or even book through Booking.com for that matter. The fact that they allow places like this for people to stay at on their website is very concerning. I have not heard anything back yet though. When I complained through Advante homes the support was very rude to m
• Janice (8/5): Would recommend for families or travellers moving about town as a group. great location. - ecxcellent location. great view. comfortable. loved having a washer and dryer only one set of keys. for biz travellers sharing, this was a real inconvenience with ppl going in two different directions daily. also the TV doesn't work and despite checking on this with the owner (in case we were doing something wrong), never got a response from the owner. Not a huge one, but if you have kids, might be an issue.
• Choi (6/5): Good location but...... - 1. Very good location Not well maintained generally : 1. The towel rod in the bathroom dropped as it was not screwed to the wall. 2. The kettle base was very dark and dirty 3. TV was not functional well 4. Most of the bowls have many cracked lines (very old) 5. One of the burners of the stove was not working. 6. The bathroom lock was not lockable 7. Toaster looks dirty, so I dared not to use it. 8. Shower head was not adjustable to the right position to take bath

The apartment is relatively small, but comfortably fits two couples. Anymore would be extremely cosy.
