• Cierra (10/5): Stay here!! - The property was extremely nice especially the view!!! The host was quick to respond to any minor issues or questions that I had. Definitely staying here again. We only had minor issues like the tv (easy fix), balcony door hard to open and close ( easy fix) and could use more towels.

• Marita (9/5): Me gustó y repetiría - La ubicación es muy buena y cómoda, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que, si eres una chica que viaja sola, como era mi caso, el Downtown de noche no es la mejor zona y en algún momento te puedes sentir algo tensa o insegura por el ambiente o la gente que hay en la calle pero bueno, no fue un problema y la verdad es que el apartamento está muy cerca de primera línea y del centro comercial, así que hay gente y ambiente hasta tarde. Me encantó el apartamento en sí, las vistas, que sea un piso alto. Es moderno, está muy bien. La piscina no la usé, porque era fin de semana y había mucha gente pero aun así seguro que entre semana está guay. El anfitrion me dejó hacer el check in un poco antes de lo previsto. Su actitud digital es muy agradable. La cafetería del hall, de pago, está muy bien. Más allá del comentario de la zona, me gustó todo y repetiría.

Śniadaniownie, restauracje, sklepy i stacja metra oraz przystanek autobusu hop on hop off w pobliżu. Przechowalnia bagażu tuż obok (warto rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem). Wspaniały widok z tarasu, zapierająca dech panorama Miami (szczególnie piękna nocą) z widokiem na port wycieczkowców. Apartament wygodny, czysty, urządzony z dbałością o szczegóły, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Przy włączonym świetle wieczorem widać wszystko z okien sąsiadujących apartamentów. Brakowało gniazdek z wejściem dła ładowarek USB. Budowa w sąsiedztwie.
• Agi (10/5): Nekünk nagyon tetszett, szívből ajánljuk. - Nagyon szép az apartman, jól felszerelt, kényelmes. Az épületben van medence is a 19. emeleten, amit szintén kipróbáltunk. Közel van a cruise kikötőhöz és a parti sétányhoz, szuper a kilátás a kikötőre. Sajnos áramszünet volt a környéken, ezért nem működött a kulcsszéf, de a tulajdonos személyesen elhozta a pótkulcsot.

Прямо возле входа есть остановка метромувер Указано, что есть оборудованная кухня, стиральная и сушильная машина. Но не было ни одной сковородки чтоб утром приготовить завтрак. чайник не электрический, только который надо греть на огне со свистком. так же отсутствовали все моющие средства. На 5 ночей проживания было оставлено только 2капсулы для стирки. Так же не было пододеяльника, только простынь и плед.

Apartamento “nuevo” y muy bien equipado, bien situado en downtown, perfecto para conocer el centro y Brickell (a pie o con ayuda del metro mover, que tiene parada a 20 metros de la puerta) y en un edificio (condominio) que tiene de todo. Un acierto total.

• MissLizzX (5/5): - Prima accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht en een hoop leuke dingen op loop afstand of naar het openbaar vervoer. ook goede communicatie en uitleg gekregen op de whats app met handige instrctie filmpjes zelf. We hadden deze accommodatie genomen oa vanwege de wasmachine en droger. Helaas was dat een min punt. Er zat in de wasmachine schimmel en stonk wat zijn overdracht gaf aan de kleding, idem voor de droger, deze was vies en muf met een bom vol pluizen filter. voor het schoonmaak bedrag wat afgerekend moet worden hadden we wel een schoner app verwacht. Hopelijk opvolging op dit puntje en dan is het een top appartement.

Edificio nuevo muy bien equipado con gimnasio, piscina, jacuzzi, tienda, cafetería.... el apartamebto moderno, funcional, comodo y limpio. Checkin y checkout autónomo. Henos tenido una estancia perfecta. 100% recomendable.

Přímo v domě je možnost nákupu jídla, kávy i drobného občerstvení. Bazén se skládá z plaveckého bazénu a vytápěné relaxační vířivky. Pecka! Na krátkou procházku se dostanete do přístavu, kde je noční život. Doporučujeme!! nic

• Michaela (10/5): Wir hatten nur eine Nacht hier gebucht, würden die Unterkunft aber jederzeit wieder buchen. - Absolute top Lage in Brickell, nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Miami Bayside und Kaseya Center. Top! In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés. Ideal auch zum Frühstücken. Gar nichts. ;)

I loved having the use of a washing machine and dryer in the accommodation as I was in-between cruises. A fantastic perk. Loved that! Excellent location for the cruise port, which is a very short 15 mins taxi ride away. Uber rides will stop right outside the accommodation building. Great location for restaurants, shopping - Starbucks and Walgreens are a nearby short stroll. I strongly recommend the Cuban restaurant at the YVE Hotel. Amazing delicious fresh cooked Cuban food. However, the studio apartment is fully kitted out for cooking, if that's your thing on a vacation. There are tour buses in abundance for the hop on and off sightseeing. Overall, a great location and I would definitely recommend booking your stay here. No iron to iron my clothes. There is an ironing board, just no iron to go with it. Didn't like the handheld steamer. Made trying to iron seams awkward. Can we have a steam iron pls! I missed not having a kettle to boil water for tea. Don't like using the microwave. 😐

Super accessoriata la cucina. Non forniscono asciugamani. Bagnoschiuma e sapone potrebbero lasciarne qualcuno in più. La posizione non la giudico in quanto mi sono spostata solo con Uber. • Sabrina (6/5): Tolle Lage, leider große Mängel bei der Sauberkeit - Die Lage und die Aussicht waren toll. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neu und funktionieren einwandfrei. Als wir ankamen, waren im ganzen Apartment kleine, dunkel rote Flecken ( ich vermute mal Blut), da wir ein 10 Monate altes Baby haben, habe ich dürftig selbst mit einem in der Wohnung befindlichen Wischmopp ( der ebenfalls nicht sauber war) durchgewischt, den Teppich bei der Couch haben wir ganz weg, da er dreckig war, da sollte mein Baby nicht drüber krabbeln. Außen und innen an der Badtüre klebten Haare und es waren viele gelbliche Flecken, ich bin eigtl nicht so penibel, aber das waren zu viele. Das vorher bestellte Babybett war kurz zuvor kaputt gegangen, wir sollten ein Zustellbett stattdessen verwenden- haben wir, war aber gefährlich, dass unser Baby rausfällt. Das Apartment befindet sich im 32. Stock, leider ist es trotzdem sehr laut ( Feuerwehr direkt um die Ecke, etwas Fluglärm), aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern/Türen ist es ok.

The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of downtown, close to all the action but still peaceful. The views of Miami Bay and the sea are spectacular. The building is modern and offers amenities like a pool, gym, and cafeteria. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Miami.

When we arrived there was a rather strong smell of weed in the hallway leading to the unit. then when we entered the unit the smell of whatever was used to clean the place (seemed like pine-sol or something bleach based) was brutally strong. The combination of these two factors forced me to book a stay elsewhere for the weekend.

Dobre wyposazenie, ale brak tabletek do zmywarki, pralki czy kawy nawet w minimalnym wymiarze na 1 dzien. Reczniki - po 1 dniu mialy nieprzyjemny zapach. Ktos je odswiezyl zamiast wyprac.

My family and I were very comfortable and enjoyed the downtown location close to many amenities and Miami landmarks. Proprietarul a dat informatii exacte, utile atat pe e-mail, cât și pe whatsup încât a facilitat accesul in studioul inchiriat..totul a decurs ușor. Nu mi-a placut cearceaful de învelit; era prea subțire si sper sa fi fost schimbat dupa fiecare utilizare.

Also the two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. I feel like the room could have been a little cleaner. As far as the couch, chair and bedding. There weren’t the best smelling. I feel like the furniture was cheap, especially the beds. Which is kinda expected. The view wasn’t bad but the room I was in had a huge building getting build right outside the balcony.

Spacious lounge, huge bathroom, walk through wardrobe, extra large super comfortable bed with really nice quality linen. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, good to have washing machine and dryer in the apartment too. Excellent location to Bayside Park, lots of local restaurants and grocery stores, and close to the port if you’re heading off on a cruise. Right next to a metro stop so getting around was easy. Coffee shop in the building. Can 100% recommend, communication was great, apartment was fantastic, views were amazing from the 31st floor, pool is wonderful and gym was much larger than we expected. Everything was clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. Nothing. It was great

• Fowler (10/5): - It has exceptional views of the port. Super close to food and drink and shopping options. There was a drug deal going down in front of tge building when we got there.
• Michael (7/5): Good value and location , poor communication /assistance, hope they update listing for actual views and ammeneties - Great location, unit was very quiet, check in and check out was very an easy process. Not a water view. I messaged and was told many people contact upon checking in for the same reason….so maybe make the listing reflect the actual rental. The Q&A said parking on site. Then when I contacted I was told no parking available and that to unload our vehicle we needed to park illegally in downtown Miami and hope for the best, then after check in , after we lugged our luggage through the streets , prepaid for garage parking nearby , we get told there’s parking right in the building. I didn’t intend on leaving a review but I keep getting these emails requesting it. The place is nice but it did put a damper on our check in and first night for sure.
• Dietre (10/5): - We loved the entire facility and it was so close to the cruise port and we enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Trying to find the place and having to lug our luggage from the parking deck. This was of no fault of the property just how the city is laid out. We walked around several blocks before we actually found it. Had help from Miami Dade police. It was still a great and wonderful experience.

• Hilda (10/5): Beste Unterkunft im Miami - Die Lage war sehr gut. Pool und Fitnessstudio waren super. Man hat sich auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Bei Fragen, hat sich immer jemand gemeldet und geholfen. Ich würde immer wieder da buchen.
