• John (1/5): No communication - Location The communication from the owners was none. Tried to phone them five or six times. I only got an answer phone. Messaged them through booking about six times and never got any reply. Do not know if they were having troubles in their life but some help would have been nice. We were let in by a young lady that lived in the apartment bloke and got the room number for us. She did not work for them. She was very nice but was not happy about having to sort us out. For all we know me and my wife could have been in the wrong place. Ask about WiFi code no response and ask how to pay city tax no response. Didn't want to just leave it so still waiting to find out what to do.
• Simone (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The location was the only good thing - the room was tiny, could barely fit two luggage bags. We needed to lay both bags open on top of eachother because it was that small. - bed was uncomfortable - the water tank ran out very fast - the water tank also leaked - there was a very awful smell coming from the toilet. smelt like mould or something off. - communication with the owner was difficult, check in was also difficult as nobody contacted us to tell us how to get into the apartment in advance so we were stood outside for a long time trying to get into contact with the owner. Overall wouldn’t recommend. Location is the only great part.
• Ahern (1/5): Bad - Location is good Sheets did not stay on bed, no hand soap, no shampoo. Little toilet roll. Booked as had terrace, but renovation works underway, so jack hammers operating from 7am and no terrace. Operators unapologetic.

• Karen (7/5): Convenient location for a few key attractions, lots of restaurants close by. - The location was amazing for easy access to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Patrizia shared some local attractions to visit and a great variety of places for a drink or something to eat. It was a very small space, but we were only staying for 2 nights and were out all day and in the evenings, so wasn’t an issue for us. Any longer and we would have been struggling.
• Mikaela (1/5): Don’t recommend - The location First of all, all rooms open with the same code, and you must insert the key to lock your door for security. Secondly, the bedsheets were dirty and used, and the toilet was broken. The host did not respond to fix these issues.

• Priya (1/5): No wifi for 5 days, non-responsive host - We didn’t have wifi and the host left our messages on seen / didn’t respond for 3 days when we asked for assistance with this — when she finally replied and said it was fixed, it wasn’t & when we told her this no further assistance was provided. So we were without internet for all 5 days of our stay. There was also no network in the room so we couldn’t use our mobile data either. Besides that the place was fine but honestly not having wifi or network for 5 days made it a very unpleasant stay. On top of everything else, it meant we had to go down to the street every time to find places to eat, book tickets, onward journeys etc. I would not stay here again.

• Budny (5/5): Passable - Location was great The bathroom wasn't clean properly. There was a smell of urine from the previous visitors. The shower was dirty and the sink was blocked because of a broken stopper .
• Karmun (6/5): Great location, weird communication - Great location, beautiful old building Room feels new, was very clean and the bed was comfortable Online communication with the contact person for the property was cut off right before check-in, which was weird because she had been really responsive and communicative up until that point. We arrived at the property at the time we agreed upon with no code, no instructions on how to enter, and she wasn't answering whatsapp messages, although she had reassured us she would send us the code on the day of check-in. Randomly dialled a doorbell that looked like her name. We wouldn't have found out her name had she not given it to us because we wanted to send a parcel to the property ahead of time. Parcel never arrived, and we never heard back about it even though I said I would pay for her to send it on to our next location. When we rang the doorbell, her mother answered and told us to wait for her, but checked us in anyway. She didn't speak English, but managed to check us in fine. Couldn't get the WiFi password or the instructions on how to access the roof. Contact messages back hours later with some check-in instructions.. but no info on the baggage storage she promised us when we first made the booking about a month ago. Also, the appliances provided can't plug into the electrical sockets, luckily, I had an adaptor with me that worked. Not sure about this place, I think it would be ok for someone Italian, but for a foreigner like me, it was extremely difficult to understand what was going on, which made for a very stressful stay.

• Leah (3/5): Good location however too many issues with the room - Location was good It was advertised with a terrace, however when we arrived the terrace was on the 4th floor (we were on the 1st floor) and were given a key to use in the lift which didn’t work. The bathroom sink leaked when using and made the whole room smell awful The bed was broke and uncomfortable The WiFi didn’t work until the second day of our stay The glasses we were given to use had lipstick on & had clearly not been washed The room was extremely small
• Sarah (8/5): Overall was quite comfortable apartment and clean - Great location, clean, comfortable bed and host very helpful. Very small room but quite comfortable considering that we are always out, Wifi doesn’t work every time and leaking from water heater
• Matthew (2/5): Our stay can be described in two parts. The location of the property is fantastic and I would absolutely stay in the sam - The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere, to places like the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and even Vatican City. The WiFi didn’t work apart from about 20 minutes across our 3 night stay. This made it very difficult to organize our trip. The hot water service in the bathroom also leaked when having a shower, which caused puddles on the floor and on the toilet.
• Aslıhan (2/5): Very big disappointment - Only the location and the terrace. I stayed in many places in Rome, but this was the place that felt the worst. 1- We wanted to check in only half an hour earlier if it is possible. I announced our arrival time several times in advance. She told me that it might not be ready before 14:00 which is okay because we only asked to check in after 14.30. But the room was not ready so we check in at 15.30 which is later than the regular check in time. It might be not available, but she can at least inform us about it since she was already in communication with me on WhatsApp. 2- Wi-Fi does not work at all. When we first arrived, we turned off the booster and worked for 5-10 minutes. We went out and when we come back, we want it to make plans about our trip but it was not working at all. And mobile connection was also very bad. When she says she is checking it, it would come only for 5 minutes and then it would cut off again. The time we spent in the room was very short but still we could not use the internet at all during this time. 3- During the second day when I was in the shower the hot water suddenly cut off. Having to continue the rest of my shower with ice cold water. She stated that this problem has never been experienced at the city center. However, it was seen that the same situation occurred in the other comment that came the same day I experienced this incident. It's a terrible situation. And I didn't get any informative feedback about it. I let her know when the hot water came after 1-1.30 hours. She told me that the technician will come to check the internet, the hot water and the door. 4- Apart from this, there is a smart lock on the door which I was not able to change the code. Keys of room and the outer doors keys are also given. But the room door can never be locked with this key. I specifically mentioned this issue. For this reason, she stated that the person who looked after the water and internet checked and everything was in order.
• Chelsea (6/5): Great location and comfy bed, suitable if you don’t plan on being inside the room much. - The location. The bed was super clean and comfortable. The check in and out was easy. The kettle and coffee maker were a nice touch. There was absolutely no WiFi for the duration of the trip, and the room was a 4g black spot so I was unable to communicate with anyone once I was inside the room. The water tank for the shower was very small so it was only possible for one person to have a hot shower per day before the pressure dropped. Water also leaked from the water tank after every shower, covering the bathroom and toilet in water and meaning that sitting on the toilet was also like having a shower.

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Very central and few minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. Metro was close by as well.
• Gabriel (7/5): Comfy, close and cost-effective. - Patrizia was a good host, very sweet and the room was small, but stylish decoration and comfy bed. The heater worked great and the bathroom was nice. We got some coffee capsules, tea and water, which was a nice touch. There is also a towel dryer in the bathroom. Close to the fontana. The only major problem was that the wifi practically didn't work through our 5 days stay (and mobile connection is not good inside the room). For people with a limited internrt plan, might be an issue (if not corrected by then). There was also some leaking in the water heater in the last two days (maybe it was overworking), but after a while it stops. There is a hanger, but no drawers. All in all, I recommend.
• Brandon (9/5): A great stay a stone throw's away from the Trevi fountain - The location was excellent, we basically walked everywhere. It's great to have Trevi Fountain 4 minutes away on foot. The room and building were also very well-kept and modern, and it was always a positive experience coming back to a nice room. Unfortunately we had some plumbing issues on the first day which the owner had no way of pre-empting, but she acted on the issue immediately and had it sorted by the following day. To turn this into a positive experience, she also offered us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The room was on the small side so it would be a bit tight with larger luggages but this should not deter you from booking the room considering all the positives.
