• María (10/5): Trato muy amable y un espacio con todo lo necesario. - El contacto con los propietarios fue comodísimo, Paloma un encanto que cuidó de cada detalle, incluso su marido nos acercó al centro en coche en una tarde de lluvia. Encantadores. La habitación comodisima con nuestro cuarto de baño, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario.
• Sam (10/5): Home away from home in Punta Arenas - Pamela and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. It feels like a home away from home. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, a great base for a visit to Patagonia.

• Rafael (10/5): Lindo Hogar - Buena ubicación para nosotros, cerca del puerto para ir a TDF. Bien equipada, muy buen baño. Excelentes y cariñosos anfitriones. Tiene ambiente de Hogar Mi vehículo es alto (2,10 Mt) y no entró en la cochera. Pero estacionamos sin problema en la vereda y al ser un lugar tranquilo y silencioso no tuvimos ninguna preocupación

• sara (10/5): - Habitación muy grande, cómoda y agua muy calentita. Los dueños súper amables, te reciben genial Está un poco retirado del centro. Las ventanas no tienen para tapar de la luz
• Javigova (9/5): Un lugar acogedor y bien atendido - Los anfitriones Paloma y Toño son encantadores, te hacen la estancia fácil con su atención, hospitalidsd y buenos consejos. La habitación es cómoda, muy limpia. Cama y ropa de cama confortable. Calefacción perfecta y equipamiento como nevera, horno y utiles de cocina que te hacen la estancia más flexible. Sin duda, repetiríamos. La ubicación está un tanto alejada del centro (30 minutos caminando de plaza de Armas). En cambio, esta justo delante de la costanera. A nosotros no nos pareció mal, pero a otras personas les puede parecer demasiado apartado.

• joachim Rafael (8/5): War gut - Sehr nette Besitzerin! Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz war Video überwacht und die Gegend wirkte Sicher. Die Türe kann man abschließen, aber das Fenster daneben lässt sich einfach aufschieben...

• Jari (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Punta Arenas. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war sehe gemütlich. Das Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber, aber es war nicht so schlimm, dass es uns gross gestört hätte.

• Dylana (8/5): Cozy and comfortable with very kind hosts - It was very cozy and comfortable with the hosts willing to help with any questions or concerns despite the language barrier. The bed was comfortable but not a king as advertised. A little bit of a walk to attractions, restaurants, and stores but we enjoyed walking around the town so that was not a negative to us.
• Mz (7/5): Clean, but no direct sunlight/ventilation and thin walls with cash only payment. - Clean accomodation with kettle, fridge, mini-oven in a quiet neighbourhood. No direct sunlight/window. Only indirect via a corridor. The walls are thin. You can sometimes hear either the family living next to you or people from the adjacent room. Cash only payment.
• Joseph (4/5): I would never stay here again - The room itself was very nice I was charged more for the room than the agreed upon price at Booking. I received directions that caused me to walk nearly 3 miles unnecessarily. There was no place to eat within miles. I take some of the responsibility for not knowing the Punta Arenas better, but was still disappointed

It needs to be mentioned that you're staying INSIDE the house of the hosts (same entrance, in the hallway one door leads to the guestroom, the other one directly into the living room of the hosts). Unfortunately, low acoustic isolation and no direct natural light.

• Bianca (8/5): Very good - Lovely hosts! Big bathroom with hair dryer. Fridge, microwave, kettle and small oven were available… and coffee and tea. Very thin walls where you could hear the other guests snoring… room temperature was a bit too cold at night.
• Julia (9/5): Superb - Friendly hosts. Kettle and tea, cutlery, plates and a small oven available. Table and seating, double bed and single bed, potent heater. Spacious and comfy overall. Very clean. We had an excellent stay. We had to pay more than what booking.com showed - some tax. We experienced this in several accommodations not only this one (but not in all). Slightly annoying.
