• Alisha (Fiona) (6/5): Okay, needs properly cleaning and refinished to justify price - Beautiful bright apartment Sofa and beds were uncomfortable. Furniture desperately needs a refresh. Apartment was dirty when I arrived, with dust and hair everywhere and crumbs in the kitchen.
• HEDAM (6/5): Convenient location, lovely view. Close to bus station that takes you straight to train station - Location and view No kitchen utensils, dishwasher not working, faulty electrial jug, no second key, mattress not comfortable in one of the room (needs replacement).
• Sai (6/5): Good - I like the location of the property. Less utensils are provided in the kitchen and the bathroom door lock is not working properly. Sofas are not cleaned.
• Sonia (7/5): Apartment was spacious and airy with parking and good location. - The carpet was stained and the beds were not comfortable.
• Sonia (7/5): Good Location with kitchen and laundry - Location was good and underground parking available. Good size apartment, full kitchen, netflix tv, wifi, study nook for computer, laundry, garbage shute in corridor. beds not that comfy, carpets stained in loungeroom, room wasn't ready at checkin time.
• Sonia (8/5): Overall good stay. - Secure parking, full kitchen, study nook, location is close to breakfast point. Garbage Shute. Car space was very tight. Carpet stained in lounge room, mattress uncomfortable.
• David (9/5): Superb - Apartment looked exactly as it did as per photos. Was more than comfortable, very clean and suited our requirements for the purpose intended for our entire stay. A nice touch with toiletries included for guests and basic kitchen necessities. Was conveniently located close to Breakfast Point as we were able to get last minute food shopping if required from a IGA located close by. A Pub and Newsagency was also close by which we utilised at times. Host was very professional from the time of booking, through to check in and check out. Very prompt in getting back to me once messaged on the Booking.com App. Will definitely consider rebooking again if I need to return to Sydney. Couldn't fault the apartment or Host. Maybe if anything, our Host could have looked after us on a better price since we needed to extend out stay for a further 3 nights. Though, this is being picky and the Host did reply back in a timely manner explaining his reason. Worth asking I guess!!
• Casey (9/5): Superb - comfy, airy, warm, around the corner from a very good IGA and Chemist lovely unit, secure and safe, quiet neighbours and just a short stroll down to the parra river only 2 plates 3 cereal bowls and 4 butter plates for 3 guests for 9 days an extra dinner plate or 2 would'nt go astray, perhaps an instruction booklet left in a draw in the kitchen on how to use the appliances would be welcome as well, also the car space provided for this unit is not at all suitable for a large car if you have a hatch or own a motorbike sure had to park down the other end of car park in visitor parking which had a spot big enough for my larger vehicle
• Jennifer (5/5): This apartment should be rated 3 stars - not 4! - The location was well suited to our needs. It was good to have secure parking with easy access. We couldn’t get anyone to respond to any questions until after we booked. We booked for 5 people to stay at the apartment, but there were only 4 towels altogether - with no bath mat or hand towel for the ensuite. There were no instructions for how to make up the sofa bed and only found one spare quilt to use for it. The pillows and quilt were very thin, and there was no top sheet. The microwave was still in a box on the floor. There were next to no breakfast ingredients- and some that were there, were out of date. The artwork was sitting on the floor
• Margo (9/5): Very comfortable, quiet apartment. Modern & light with lovely outlook. Accessable, secure parking. - quiet location - lovely outlook with a big balcony. warm and generous in size apartment. Super comfotable beds and good showers. easy, secure parking. short stroll to lovely coffee shop and small shopping precinct. cutlery was a bit short on it - no spoons and very basic cookware. Good sized, modern kitchen but basics like a peeler and a colander, would have been helpful.
