Ho dovuto comprarlo Letto scomodissimo e cuscino troppo alto ho dovuto dormire senza cuscino. Il muro che separa l’altra stanza è troppo fine e si sente tutto quello che dicono gli ospiti dall’altra parte Non permettendo il corretto riposo.

• Simona (6/5): Bene ma si può migliorare. - È proprio in centro perciò molto rumoroso per via del traffico Per fare la doccia si allarga il bagno, l'acqua calda del rubinetto del lavandino del bagno era chiuso, meno male che ci è venuto in mente di controllare sotto, e inoltre la manopola del rubinetto della cucina è rotto ed è impossibile aprirlo quindi la cucina è stata inutile, se avessimo cucinato non avremmo potuto lavare le stoviglie.

Zero facilities in the bathroom and we weren’t given our change after multiple attempts at communication with the host.

We arrive late because our flight was delayed and he decided to cancel our reservation without telling me anything until we arrived in Tirana. It was midnight and we didn't have another option and we had to search another hotel on our own.

The floor is lower on the room side and the sink in the shower was a bit clogged, after a 10min shower the room was flooded and some bags and clothes were all wet unfortunately.
• Camille (5/5): - La chambre était jolie et propre. Le linge de lits et les serviettes avaient une très bonne odeur de propre et de lessive! Personnel arrangeant et agréable. Petit frigo bien utile dans notre logement. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, les petits déjeuner étaient censés être compris, mais très mauvaise surprise le matin quand nous nous sommes levés et qu'aucun déjeuner n'avait été prévu. En revanche le personnel était très gentil, réactif et arrangeant en nous faisant un geste commercial pour s'excuser de ce problème. Attention le logement n'est assez pas du tout indiqué, nous avons donc eu beaucoup de mal à le trouver, surtout tard dans la soirée. De plus nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la télévision du logement car la télécommande (cassée en deux et recollé avec du scotch) ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de parking et c'est très compliqué pour se garer dans les rues très étroites! (En août)
• Rubén (4/5): A scam that had us want to leave as soon as possible - This is not an apartment, it’s just a simple room, as it lacks the services shown in the description: there is NO fridge, no pans or any utensils for cooking, and no microwave. The water tap is also broken. There is also no table to eat at. Therefore, it is useless as an apartment and extremely overpriced compared to other accommodations in the city. The photos on the website look much better than reality. The finishes are terribly poor: the window cannot be closed and stays open, the door has a simple lock that looks extremely easy to break, and none of the window or door frames fit properly, so wind, heat, and noise from outside come right in. There is a washing machine in the hallway that ran for hours, making it very difficult to rest or relax in the room. The TV remote is broken and doesn’t work, so you have to get up from bed to turn it on. Additionally, the air conditioning remote has no batteries, so you have to keep swapping them with the TV remote if you want to use the air conditioning. There was no toilet paper, no shower gel or shampoo—only hand soap. There was no bath mat either. There are no bedside tables, so you have to leave your phone and other belongings on the floor. The view is of a wall full of wires and one of the worst streets in the entire city. The building and apartment doors are left open 24/7 in a neighborhood that doesn’t feel safe. And continuing the list of lies from the listing, there is no security or cameras as claimed on Booking. We waited more than two hours for someone to come and collect the payment, and we are deeply upset about the last of the many lies on the listing: it says payment will be charged automatically to the credit card before arrival, but when you're there, they tell you it can only be paid in cash. On top of that, we were told to leave the money under a cardboard box where anyone could take it, whether from the apartment or from the street.

The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, providing helpful tips about the city and always being available. Considering the quality and location, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tirana.

• Fikret (10/5): Exceptional - Place was nearby the center and I could see my car parked from my window. It is definitely worth the price. Maybe someone else who is used to fancy hotels wouldn't rate it like me, but for average travelers this is enough. I recommend it! The first day of my arrival, the room was cold because wasn't used for some days before and it was January so, if you travel on winter, remind the owner to heat it up before you arrive, otherwise, the rest of the days it was good :)

It was clean, well-maintained, and located right in the center of Tirana, making it super convenient to explore the city. The host was fantastic, very friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The cost was surprisingly low for such a great location and quality. I would definitely come back here on my next trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in Tirana!

• Amelie (2/5): Very poor - We arrived to a message from the host saying we had been moved to a ‘better’ apartment as the one we booked was ‘damaged by previous guests’. The place we arrived to was in a very dodgy area and building that made us feel unsafe. The apartment itself was not cleaned and we found cigarette butts in the closet, it is also next to a loud street and building site. We couldn’t sleep for the one night we were there, I wouldn’t recommend this stay especially for women who have to think about safety.

• Tomasz (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, AC, good communication with the owner There isn't any parking spot reserved, you have to be lucky to get one. Exchange rate when it comes to payment is not great, apartment cost 26,5 euro and I had to pay 3000 lek, usual exchange rate in different regions of Albania 1 euro = 100 lek. The staff did not want to accept coins when it comes to payment and wanted only paper money. The kitchen is poorly equipped, only one glass and 2-3 plates.
• Livia (6/5): Pleasant - We only needed a place to sleep and I'm sorry we chose a place in the middle of the city. I estimated the time of arrival 17-19 and the staff told me they could be there at 8 and would assist me with a parking place. We would have preferred to check in when we wanted to, not when they say they can. The property policies state that there is parking at the property, but that is absolutely not true. After being contacted by 3 different phone numbers about the stay, one of them called me and "guided" me towards what we tought would be the reserved parking spot that was stated in the reservation. That was not the case, he just guided us to the back of the block, Where we already searched for parking on our own.That place is a mess and the streets are very narrow. We basicaly had to fight someone to let us park there. The apartment was clean but very very hot. The AC was not working good at all and we sat there like sardines in a hot loft.

• Richárd (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the accommodation is good, with several shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. The city center is easily accessible on foot (~20 minutes). The room is spacious, and the furnishings were as shown in the pictures. However, the following caused disappointment: although the host provided a check-in time window, we still waited for more than 20 minutes. There were no hand towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and we also missed a trash can and garbage bags.
• Joy (5/5): Not good - The room was big that was the only good thing about this place There wasn’t any breakfast, not even the hot water was available for the normal work. Only hot water was available for shower. There were hairs falling all over the toilet. The room was big but I felt the smell bad. Moreover, the owner demanded more money before we arrive. After saying that we will complain to Booking.com, they said Ok we can stay. I don't know whose fault is this but this is really bad. After having a 5 hours of bus journey when you suddenly find a text stating that we should cancel the hotel as something is wrong with the price, that sucks just.

• Vorel (10/5): Exceptional - We booked last minute (3-4 hours) before arrival (21:30). We really appreciate that everything was smooth and could arrive so late. I and my friend would recommend this accommodation. There was no reception and the guy who let us in waited in a street nearby. Since we did not have service we had problems locating him and connecting with him. As it was first time this approach surprised us but we learned this is quite common in Albania.

They have claimed that they were trying to contact me all day, but I did not have any message in the inbox nor a misscall... I had to look for another place and thus wasted 2 hours instead of enjoying the town and sightseeing around.
• Alina (8/5): According to expectations - The apartment is about 25 min walk from the city center and probably around 20 min from the area with loads of bars, clubs etc, so you don’t need to bother with public transport. The host was super responsive: we had a small issue with a cocker and he was on our door step 5 mins later ready to help (and he fixed it). There are many food shops and the places to eat nearby. If you don’t have internet (like us), there is a Tirana Bank nearby where you can catch free WiFi and get in touch with the host. The apartment had nice blinds, which made it completely dark at night (it’s quite handy for sunny days)! The apartment definitely looks nicer and fancier in the pictures than it is in real life. The kitchen missed basic things like a kettle and a rubbish bin, perhaps some spices could do as well. We found it pretty cold inside, so had to keep the air con all the time we were inside.
