• Lispas (10/5): - Excellent location, very close to the metro line. Only 1.5 km from the Colosseum. The check-in and check-out process was very simple, and we also appreciated the option for late check-in. Three of the bedrooms face the boulevard, and the noise level was quite high, especially early in the morning, which was somewhat disturbing. Additionally, there was a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms.

Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele obiective și în apropiere de restaurante și cafenele drăguțe. Gazda a fost incredibil de primitoare și atentă la fiecare detaliu, făcându-ne să ne simțim ca acasă. Experiența noastră aici a fost pur și simplu minunată și abia așteptăm să revenim data viitoare când vom fi în Roma! 🔟🔟🔟

• Jason (10/5): Hidden Gem - Beautiful, spacious, great location. Some of the best gelato in town right across the street. Easy access to busses and metro. Balcony is small but fun to watch the bustling romans. Air conditioning was a huge lifesaver on some of the hottest days of the Summer. We used all the amenities (fridge, washer, microwave, etc.) Had an issue with the hot water heater tripping. Didn't seem to have enough capacity for one shower and washing machine running simultaneously. Parking was also tricky. With some patience and either an early morning or late evening trip around the neighborhood I was able to find street parking which is only 4 euro per day. Didn't like how the suggested parking garage was trying to scam me for potentially 120 euros overnight because I selected 6 euro/hour instead of 30 euro/day rate.
• Prameel (6/5): Not for an enjoyable stay but a budget stay compromising comfort for a group. - Apartment size big with 4 bedrooms Close to Metro. However Metro doesn't take you to most attractions. Clean apartment except toilets Good internet connection Blankets were smelling. Toilets clogged Kitchen gas lighter not working No smart TV Too strict care taker for the building. Even if your boots sound while you walk is a concern during day time. Room heater have some unusual timing maintained by building. It doesn't warm up in the morning but evening from 4 to 6 only. Toilets are clogged especially the one attached to bedrooms. You get surprise cold water shower while in hot shower due to some technical fault as every one stayed with us had same complaint. And the cold water continue for a minute untill hot water start flowing automatically again. Very small shower cubicle and difficult to maintain toilet dry. Too noisy at night. Sleeping is an issue in three bedrooms out of four. .
• Thoni (8/5): Would stay again but... - The host was very nice and patient with our questions. The apartment itself was really nice, great location, Colosseum within walking distance. We actually walked to Vatican too after taking the metro to Termini. It was very cold on the nights we stayed in and we had to take the duvets from the beds not used. The shower head is so full of lime scale or something, that the water went in every direction except on the body.
