Espaço suficiente para 4 pessoas ou 5 se houver criança. Com muita segurança, tendo travas nos portões e nas portas de acesso à área interna dos prédios. Câmeras de segurança nos corredores de cada andar. Ventiladores, geladeira, microondas e fogão.

Cama super macia, utensílios de cozinha em excelente estado. A localização é maravilhosa, o ambiente é tranquilo e silencioso e foi muito fácil conseguir uma vaga para estacionar o carro.
