Paolo (4/5): Maybe bad luck. - The location is ideal for exploring Caslano and neighboring villages. The managers were responsive and supportive when we encountered various issues, offering a reimbursement, although it hasn't been credited as of today. We encountered several issues with this booking: Although a parking space is supposed to be available, it appears to be permanently occupied by a white truck. This was confirmed by the users of the adjacent garage box. As a result, we were forced to park in front of the entrance, since there were no other nearby parking options. The apartment was very dirty, with numerous spider webs throughout. Unfortunately, a small bird had become trapped inside. When we arrived, we discovered it dead under a piece of furniture. The table, sofa, floors, bedrooms, and kitchen were all soiled with bird droppings. The apartment was extremely hot upon arrival. Thankfully, it cooled down fairly quickly thanks to the skylights and windows.
