This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Mari Carmen (9/5): HA SIDO PERFECTO PARA MI ESTANCIA - En general todo, empezando por la amabilidad de la persona o personas responsables, pudiendo contactar con ellos/as en todo momento para resolver cualquier tipo de duda, la cama del dormitorio super cómoda y la del sofá no estaba mal, para lo que he probado en otros sitios. En 2 noches no pude encontrar nada que no me gustase.

- Ivan (9/5): Definitely worth it - The facilities were really good, bathroom was amazing jacuzzi tub and heated toilet. Bed was very comfy and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. My key fob to access the apartment front door from the street wasn’t working so we had to wait a bit long for a replacement to be arranged.
