• Alexandra (7/5): Not for group of friends - The location is good. If you plan on listening to music (we had a small speaker) or stay up late on the terrace DO NOT go with this place as the neighbours complain and even call the police. Nobody wants to go on holiday and deal with this kind of stuff. Otherwise is acceptable.
• Katia (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was in the good position to reach Barcelona Central. The apartment was nice with nice terrace. The check-in very easy and fast. The apartment was dirty when we arrived, we ate the first evening in the dark, the next day we called and they changed the light bulb. but how is it possible that no one noticed that the main light bulb was missing? We said that the apartment was so dirty if someone could come and clean it, but this request was not heeded. This made me very upset. My children's socks and pants were black after 10 minutes of playing on the floor. There are 2 bedrooms with windows but no sunlight and air because they closed the terrace as a storage room. The beds had no mattress or pillow protection, which in my opinion were unsanitary and no change of sheets if necessary. it is a family apartment. The apartment does not have good sound insulation. Every morning from 7.30 onwards you can hear the neighbours leaving the house and talking or slamming the doors or the lift which still leaves in the evening. The kitchen hood is super dirty greasy, and the pans are practically non-existent with broken glasses! In the facilities there is a washing machine but in fact the washing machine has been broken since February as I have seen in the other reviews after I tried to wash my children's clothes and found them soaked and dirty after 1 hour of programme! The customer service was really useless and rude they promised someone would come and check, but no one came! We were with 4 children! Yesterday 1 day before departure we called the reservation customer service and luckily they contacted the apartment agency and refunded us some money to go to a public laundry service and wash our clothes! NO COMMENT! a kind lady from the agency brought them to us! we showed her what I mentioned previously, and she was visibly embarrassed! what else can I say... I was so sorry because that apartment has super potential, but there is obviously no interest in just earning without investing!

• Anne (6/5): Nice place, but NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS to validate paying this price - There was just a bottle of water in the fridge; nothing else was provided. The entrance into the flat was a little more by luck than by planning, as it depended on the concierge letting us into the building. The flat was spacious, but no extras such as coffee or tea were provided. The location was good, but the neighbours were quite noisy, particularly early in the morning. The parking that was indicated in the details was NOT reserved as requested and despite phoning the agent to confirm. Instead, we had to find another carpark ourselves online, which was a bit stressful after a long drive and particularly as we are not familiar with this area. Also, there does NOT seem to be any security on the flat. The patio doors won't lock and the flat's front door does not lock properly either. There is no safe provided to store anything valuable. The managing agency were of NO HELP whatsoever. They did not seem to know about anything, including any references to the new ticketing requirements for low emissions on vehicles in Barcelona!
