• Hassan (10/5): Tolle, helle und grosse Wohnung in super Lage mit Meerblick, nur wenige Fussminuten vom Strand entfernt, mit unkomplizie - Die Lage Wenige Fussminuten zum Strand Meerblick Hat alles, was benötigt wird Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out Grösse der Wohnung Parkmöglichkeiten Helligkeit u. v. m. Zu viele Informationen vom Anbieter. Durch die vielen Informationen und Nachrichten verliert man schnell den Überblick. Besser wäre eine einzige Information mit allen wichtigen Punkten und nicht mehr. 😅
• Virginie (5/5): - L appartement est bien agencé et bien situé.La literie est bonne La machine a café a fuit de toute part des la 1ere utilisation,le lave linge ne fonctionne pas...nous avons aussitôt envoyé un WhatsApp a Nordik...aucune réaction de leur part...a part une demande de vidéo 2 jours après....et aucune prise en charge de ces problèmes...très déçus

• Andrea (10/5): Apartamento precioso - La ubicación del lugar y las instalaciones del apartamento en cuando a amplitud El desague de la ducha no funcionaba del todo bien y había una habitación cerrada con código dentro de la cada que daba un poco de desconfianza.

• Wojciech (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Bezproblemowy system zameldowania się. Piękny widok z okna, bardzo blisko morza. W listopadzie w mieszkaniu bylo cieplo (klimatyzacja w kazdym pokoju). Bardzo duzo ogólnodostępnych miejsc parkingowych. Duzy plus za pralko suszarkę.
• zhengxiao (8/5): - It’s clean and big close to bus stop beautiful view overall recommend The bathroom door locked itself the first morning we arrived and had to wait couple hours before we can use the toilet. The host was cooperative though to fix it. The toilet sometimes has an unpleasant smell.
• Fernández Montiel (10/5): Un alojamiento genial - Todo. Está genial y sobre todo esa ventana con vistas al mar. Está todo súper bien cuidado y la comunicación con ellos súper buena.

• Todone (9/5): Per chi vuole rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa e’ un appartamento davvero confortevole e con tutto quello che può servire . - l’ambiente luminoso e accogliente, con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di più giorni . Posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia che alla città di Malaga. Comodo anche per spostamenti più lunghi perché a pochi minuti dalla superstrada. Supermercato e tanti ristoranti a due passi da casa. Il tavolino vicino al balcone con vista mare è top per iniziare bene la giornata con una buona colazione. Peccato per l’infiltrazione d’acqua della doccia che ha rovinato una parete .

Umidità sulle pareti, mac - Posizione Umidità sulle pareti, macchinetta del caffè non funzionante, materassi e cuscini durissimi, scarico l’acqua del condizionatore improvvisati dentro le taniche dell’acqua posizionate nelle camere da letto da svuotare quotidianamente

• Leal (10/5): Fantástico lugar a pasos de la playa - El departamento está bien decorado, es amplio, con dos dormitorios espaciosos. Y nos gustó mucho el orden y limpieza. Tener que vaciar los bidones del agua de los equipos de aire acondicionado que están dentro del departamento.
• Rafik (3/5): Poor - was really disappointed with this stay. There was black mold in the living room, which is especially concerning for persons with asthma. I reported it right away, but unlike their usual quick responses for other requests, they took their time—and only got back to me later asking for photos. I sent them, but never heard back after that. For a health issue this serious, the lack of action was unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend unless this is properly addressed.

• David (8/5): Had a terrific stay, we highly recommend it. - Sea views, proximity to beach and cafes/restaurants, easy access to public transport and to Malaga City. Sunshine and lovely walks along the promenade. Supermarket fairly close. Shower took a bit of mastering
• Fernando (9/5): Superb - Location really Clos to the beach. The apartment is big with air condition in each room. Full equipment. Specially in the kitchen. I missed a couple of hanger in the closet. The sofa aren't so confortable..
• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - One of the bedrooms is not functional. There is a black mold on the wall behind the nightstand. We have advised the property management about this issue, however their response was unacceptable…. They suggested it can be cleaned by their cleaning team instead of professional team… we ended up sleeping in the living room. We want to make sure person with asthma or other lungs health problems won’t face the same challenges.
