• Tomas (5/5): - The location and size of apartment was great and staff helpful, trying to fix / help with things requested. Unfortunately the flat was unbelievably under equipped. The kitchen contained few pans, most of them damaged and unsafe to cook on. Not enough kitchenware in general. The kitchen is a tragedy. The stove is not powerful enough to really cook on for more people. The dining table had 6 chairs, we were 7.. Random light bulbs were broken. All was fixed after request, but for the price, I would expect more. No dishwasher, no washing machine (I know it was not listed, but I really don’t understand why it’s not there). And an intensive and really unpleasant smell was coming from both bathrooms/sewage. Once, the tech staff entered the apartment searching for something without a notice, using a doorbell or letting know about himself. That is unacceptable. More than €8000 for two weeks, I would expect higher level attitude.

• margrit (8/5): Lage und Wohnung Top - Inneneinrichtung ungenügend - Sehr schön renovierte und saubere Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage und doch zentral gelegen. Bei einem so schön renovierten Appartement erwarte ich stabile und Möbel und nicht Billigware. Schade! In den Nassräumen fehlen Hacken und Stangen, um die Frottee-Wäsche aufzuhängen. Ebenso vermissten wir Nachtischlampen - lesen im Bett war leider nicht möglich 🥵. Die Matratzen dürften - mindestens im kleineren Zimmer - ersetzt werden.

• Jens (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in 15 Minuten ist man am Stephansdom, in 5 Minuten am Hundertwasserhaus. Die U Bahn ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig! Eine absolute Empfehlung! Ein Parkhaus für 8 Euro am Tag ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Supermärkte und Kneipen im direkten Umfeld.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Хорошая квартира, но с нюансами. Нам понравилось - Очень чисто, большие комфортные кровати, 2 санузла, хороший набор посуды. Есть капсульная кофемашина, чайник, плита, холодильник. Даже чай и кофе на каждого человека. Квартира очень просторная, все работает исправно, мебель хорошая и удобная, дом и парадная чистые и приятные. Фото квартиры соответствуют реальности. Электронная система ключей, что очень удобно. Отличное расположение – 5 минут до станции метро Ландштрассе, откуда можно добраться до любого места в Вене за считанные минуты. Отзывчивый персонал. Все решалось очень быстро. Например, нам быстро сделали 4 цифровых ключа – на каждого гостя. Очень мало вешалок для одежды - 4 штуки всего. Каждый гость мог повесить только один комплект одежды. Для нас это было нормально, к мы останавливались всего на пару ночей, но если бы жили там дольше, это стало бы серьезной проблемой. Сложности с регулировкой отопления и кондиционера. В жару +27-28 было невозможно отключить или убавить температуру теплого пола, из-за чего в первый день в квартире было ужасно жарко и душно. Кондиционер был только в гостиной, поэтому приходилось открывать окна в спальной, чтобы там было не так жарко. Но с открытыми окнами было очень шумно ночью и утром. Все время очень громко кричали и смеялись люди на улице ночью, а рано утром (около 5 часов) нас разбудила машина по сбору мусора. Очень маленький лифт. Вчетвером помещались без сумок. С сумками только 3 человека, и то еле-еле со скрипом втиснулись.
• Bonelli (10/5): Favoloso - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo da "Home Sweet Home Central". L’appartamento è esattamente come da foto: centrale, pulito, luminoso e arredato con gusto. Fornito di tutto il necessario, dalla cucina accessoriata agli asciugamani morbidi, ed è comodissimo. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa dal primo minuto. Posizione perfetta. Zona silenziosa di notte nonostante il centro, letto super comodo e Wi-Fi velocissimo. Sull’host: si è reso disponibile quando ho avuto bisogno ed è stato gentile, però risponde ai messaggi con un po' di ritardo. Nulla che abbia rovinato il soggiorno, ma è un aspetto che potrebbe migliorare. Nel complesso esperienza da 5 stelle. Alloggio promosso, lo consiglio volentieri e ci ritornerei senza dubbio. Consigliatissimo!!!

• Floris (8/5): Erg goed! - Locatie is top, de buurt voelde veilig en er waren genoeg restaurants in de buurt voor zowel brunch als diner. Ook kan je vanaf Landstrasse met verschillende metro’s de rest van de stad makkelijk bereiken. Daarnaast was het appartement ruim en comfortabel. Bedden waren erg warm en airco doet het niet. Als we het raam openzette hoorde je alles buiten waardoor lekker doorslapen moeilijk was. Ook heeft het appartement dat wij hadden geen vaatwasser.

• Jens (7/5): - Die Ferienwohnung hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, vor allem aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage in Wien. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch Parkmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe – wir konnten problemlos einen Stellplatz für etwa 8 Euro pro Tag nutzen. Die Wohnung selbst war großzügig geschnitten und bot ausreichend Platz. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten, in denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben und die gute Kommunikation bei Problemen. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt sehr schlicht und leider etwas lieblos. Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie eine Garderobe oder Haken, um Jacken aufzuhängen. Auch im Badezimmer gab es keine Toilettenpapierhalterung oder Haken für Handtücher. Zudem waren die Kleiderschränke deutlich zu klein, was den Aufenthalt etwas unpraktisch gemacht hat. Mit ein paar einfachen Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung und Einrichtung könnte die Wohnung deutlich aufgewertet werden

• Ádám (7/5): Kiváló lokalizació, tisztaság jellemzi. A hiányosságok nem befolyásolják az ott töltött időt. - Tiszta. Kiváló helyen található! Minden a közelben gyalog elérhető. Több szekrény, ágy melletti olvasó lámpa hiányzott. A Fürdőszoba falából kilógott egy vezeték, a zuhany függöny miatt a zuhanyzás nehézkes. Esetleg egy mikrohullámú sütő és egy mosogatógép elfért volna.
• György (7/5): - Good location, nicely renovated building. It has fairly comfortable beds, and is very spacious. There isn't many kitchenware, they are of very low quality. The drawer in the kitchen is very small, no washing machine. The lightning in the dining room is very poor.

• Federica (8/5): Bright Warm Quiet - The apartment is bright and spacious, especially the living room. We spend most of our time there. It has underfloor heating, so even walking around barefoot feels very warm. That said, the heating is quite strong, and the apartment tends to be very warm. Combined with thick bedding, it makes our noses and throats feel dry. We’re not entirely sure how to adjust it—after trying, it still feels hot—but we don’t see this as a major issue. The toilet and bathtub are in separate areas, so even with multiple people, there’s no problem sharing the bathroom. The building has an elevator, the common areas are very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is excellent: there’s a supermarket just a few steps away, and the metro/train station is only a five-minute walk, making it convenient to get to the city center or the airport. The cookware is a bit limited—there’s only a frying pan and a pot. Also, the frying pan seems to have some scratches, possibly left by the previous tenant, which can cause eggs to stick a little. Additionally, there are some minor maintenance issues on the walls, such as the electrical wire wrapped around the bathroom mirror and nail holes in the walls.

• VickyB57 (8/5): - Fabulous large heated rooms. Great location and easy to walk to most places. The beds were very comfortable and the flat was very clean. There was a shortage of simple things such as hooks to hang towels etc in the bathroom and only 3 wine glasses when there were for of us... Also bedside lamps would be very welcome. The overhead lights are very bright if you wanted to read in bed and the switch is by the door.

• FaTizi (9/5): Très belle appartement - Super appartement, très spacieux, pas très loin du centre. Nous étions 6, 2 personnes ont dormis sur le canapé très confortable. La gare très proche nous a permis de déposer nos bagages quand nous avons quitté l'appartement a 11h et retourner faire un tour en ville. Je raccomande sans hésiter

• Nikolaos (10/5): Συγχαρητήρια στους ιδιοκτήτες όλα ήταν θαυμάσια!! - Πολύ άνετο το διαμέρισμα.Πολυ καλύτερο από ότι το περίμενα!!! Πεντακάθαρο!!!Κοντά στο κέντρο για να πας με τα πόδια. Αλλά και πολύ κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Όσο και να σκεφτώ δεν βρίσκω κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε.

• Nadya (10/5): Spacious, bright, and perfect for families! - We had a fantastic stay with our three children (aged 2, 5, and 9). The apartment is spacious, bright, spotless, and very warm. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils. The location is perfect—the building has an elevator, which was very helpful with our luggage. It’s located right near Wien Mitte Mall, where you can find a large Interspar, and there’s also a Billa right next to the mall. Very convenient for groceries and for taking the S7 train to the airport. Stadtpark is also nearby, and the kids really enjoyed the playground there. Highly recommended!

• Giulia (7/5): Ottimo potenziale ma... - Posizione ottima, vicina a tantissimi mezzi di trasporto, cosa che permette di visitare la città agevolmente. Appartamento grandissimo e con un prezzo molto concorrenziale, rispetto a molte altre strutture. Pulito e con due bagni, presenti sia la vasca che la doccia. Modalità di check in molto semplice. Appartamento molto caldo, la temperatura rimaneva molto alta nonostante i vari tentativi di abbassarla. Pur dormendo con le finestre aperte, abbiamo patito il caldo di notte...ed era marzo. Appartamento grandissimo ma povero di mobili, mancavano diversi piani di appoggio, armadi e arredamento non fondamentale ma che avrebbe aumentato di molto il comfort. Ad esempio, gli armadi in camera non sono sufficienti per due persone, anche se le camere sono entrambe doppie. C'è la macchinetta del caffè ma erano presenti solo quattro capsule. Noi eravamo tre e abbiamo soggiornato qui quattro notti, sono state sufficienti solo per una colazione e non ci sono mai state reintegrate: abbiamo dovuto comprarle noi :(

Beleuchtung am Waschbecken fehlte - nur Kabel. Abfluss Waschbecken konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Kaffeemaschine verlor Wasser - Kaffee konnte jedoch in der Espressomaschine zubereitet werden.

Molto vicina alla stazione dei treni con tutti i servizi vicini. L'unica pecca era il riscaldamento troppo alto (28º) nonostante lo avessimo abbassato continuava a fare caldissimo 😅 inoltre consiglio di lasciare una scorta di carta igienica in più e anche una spugnetta di quelle verdi per pulire le stoviglie

• Emmanuel (8/5): - Proche des transports urbains et des commerces (super marché et restaurant). Appartement spacieux et literie correcte. Accès par l'ascenseur directe au logement. Explications claires et précises pour se rendre et accéder au logement et utiliser les transports. Le manque d'équipements pas de four micro-ondes pas de casseroles peu de vaisselle à disposition. Seulement une armoire pour ranger ces vêtements. Pas de balais. Une seule lampe de chevet. Manque d'informations pour faire le tri des déchets.
• David (7/5): Buena ubicación, pero con aspectos a mejorar - El apartamento estaba muy bien situado, con una estación muy cerca y muy bien conectado tanto con el centro como con el aeropuerto, lo cual fue muy cómodo para desplazarnos. El piso era grande y luminoso, y en general resultaba agradable. Sin embargo, le faltaban varios detalles importantes que mejorarían mucho la estancia. No había lámparas en las mesitas de noche, no había ningún lugar para colgar las toallas en el baño, faltaba espacio para colocar la ropa, el extractor no funcionaba y la televisión era muy lenta. Además, la limpieza no estaba del todo bien y encontramos pelusas al lado de la cama. Son aspectos que pueden parecer pequeños, pero marcan la diferencia en la comodidad y la calidad de la estancia.

• tati (10/5): 10! - Το κατάλυμα ειναι ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες. Ανετο, ησυχο διαμερισμα με υποδαπεδια θερμανση. Η τοποθεσια του παραπολυ καλή, το μετρο ειναι 3 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Στο wien mitte που ειναι το κεντρο των τρενων/μετρό. Ησυχη γειτονια με πλεινεκτημα το Billa σχεδον απεναντι και Cafe ακριβως διπλα
