• Karin (7/5): - Das Appartment war sehr schön, Billa umd die U-Bahn fussläufig. Ein sensationellet Blick von der Terrasse im 31. Stock. Etwas mehr Besteck und sauberes Geschirr wäre gut. Es ist nicht exestentziell, aber würde das Appartment insgesamt verbessern. Man hat beim Reinkommen das Gefühl, es wäre lange niemand da gewesen
• Pavel (1/5): Самый ужастный опыт пребывания в апартаментах за всю историю моих поездок - Ничего К сожалению наше пребывание в данных аппартаментах абсолютно не оправдало ожидания. Начнем с того, что когда мы только зашли в аппартаменты невооруженным взглядом мы увидели, что белье на кроватях абсолютно грязным, с остатками чьих то волос, а значит его так никто и не поменял после прошлых жильцов. Пройдя буквально от коридора до кухни мои белые носки оказались черными! После этого мы сразу же стали рассматривать всю квартиру и как оказалось она тоже не была убрана, было очень много пыли, буквально на каждом предмете в квартире, на обеденном столе, на ванной, туалеты так же были грязные, мебель на кухне была прожжённой сигаретами. Мы сразу же написали арендодателю. Он вызвал уборку и нам пришлось ещё 3 часа после перелета во время уборки где то находится с ребёнком. После уборки к сожалению особо ничего не поменялось. Уборка за 3 часа только поменяли постельное и пропылесосили пол, хотя его нужно было и помыть. В углах квартиры буквально остались комки пыли! Вытяжка над плитой была очень сальная в жиру и пыли, а пыль на поверхностях так и осталось лежать на поверхностях. Нам пришлось самим мыть вытяжку, иначе под ней совершено невозможно готовить, и вытирать пыль. Я аллергик и после заселения мне было плохо, обострилась аллергическая реакция и я задыхалась от пыли. Так же если вы захотите отдохнуть в бассейне на крыше, как указано в объявлении, будьте готовы к тому, что вас будет ждать грязное болото вместо бассейна. Все фотографии как доказательство прикрепляю к этому комментарию. Я искренне не советую вам останавливаться в этих аппартаментах.

• Tayisiya (2/5): Insgesamt war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, und ich würde die Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen. - Leider war der Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gut, da die Wohnung extrem schmutzig war. Der Boden war dreckig, die Türgriffe klebrig, und es lagen fremde, alte Sachen herum. Auf den Polstern waren schwarze Haare und Flecken. Ich habe die Unterkunft für meine Eltern gebucht, und sie mussten letztendlich sogar in ihrer Kleidung schlafen, weil die Betten nicht frisch überzogen waren – das war wirklich eklig. Sie hatten geplant, Frühstück zu machen, aber das war ebenfalls unmöglich, da das gesamte Besteck schmutzig war und auch die Stühle in der Küche nicht sauber waren. Was ebenfalls nicht in Ordnung war: Ich habe der Besitzerin bereits am Tag des Einzugs geschrieben, dass die Wohnung sehr schmutzig ist. Sie hat mir jedoch erst am nächsten Tag geantwortet und meinte, dass angeblich eine Putzfrau da war. Obwohl ich danach noch zweimal geschrieben habe, dass das so nicht in Ordnung ist, habe ich keine weitere Antwort erhalten.

• Florian (8/5): Sehr angenehm - Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, sie war in einem sehr modernen Gebäude und generell sehr modern eingerichtet sowie ausgestattet, sie hatte eine tolle Aussicht! Leider war es teilweise nicht sauber. Auf dem Balkon waren Zigarrettenstummel im Pflanztopf. Die Balkontür im Wohnzimmer war sehr schwerfällig zu bedienen.

• Диана (3/5): - the apartment is in a good location in a fairly new building The apartment is terribly cleaned or not cleaned at all, hair is everywhere, in the bed, on the floor, in the kitchen very much, it is cold at first, the windows were open for ventilation, pay attention to cleaning
• Tomas (2/5): Well situated flat but terribly kept. - The location is great with a convenience store right in the building and a metro station very close. The apartment was in a bad state. Unchanged sheets, hair and dust everywhere, food remains in the kitchen. The sofa bed is in a living room with a sliding door that doesnt seal so it was uncomfortably cold, it was also in an unprepared state and no sheets were provided, just a couple of pillows and random blankets. Around the flat there are also many broken things such as power plugs and lights. When I contacted the owner about the issues, I was met with excuses and no solutions.

Es wäre schön gewesen in der Unterkunft einige Hinweise zu finden, wie z.B. Wo kann der Müll entsorgt werden, welche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, ....wien

• Christine (7/5): alles in allem noch Luft nach oben, für eine Nacht ok. - Tolle Lage, nähe zur U- Bahn Station, U3 Schlachthausgasse Top Aussicht, schöne Raumaufteilung Billa beim Eingang unkomplizierter, netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin problemloser Check in - kontaktlos mittels Schlüsselbox Die Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft schmutzig. Die Reinigung war nicht in Ordnung: Lichtschalter waren mit Schmutz verklebt, es befanden sich Haare vom Vormieter in den Betten, überall war Staub, der Bettrahmen war aus Stoff auch dieser war mit Staub bedeckt, der Seifenspender war verklebt. An den Fenstern und Rahmen waren viele Fingerabdrücke von den Vormietern zu sehen. Die Abwaschutensilien waren schon gebraucht. Insgesamt sehr unhygienisch. Obwohl vor der Ankunft der Vermieterin mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Sofa zum Schlafen genutzt wird wurde kein Leintuch zur Verfügung gestellt nur eine bereits mehrmals benutzte Wolldecke auch hier waren Haare vorhanden, Polster und Decke waren vorhanden. Zustand nach einer „erfolgten Reinigung“ sollte einmal von der Vermieterin gecheckt werden. Auch wenn die Wohnung zur touristischen Vermietung genutzte wird, könnte man gewisse Reparaturen bzw. Instandhaltungen vornehmen, es müssen keine Kabel von der Decke hängen.

• Ute (3/5): Wir werden nicht wieder kommen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen - Lage und Ausblick. Check In hat super funktioniert. Super Verbindung mit U Bahn und Straßenbahn. Die Bettwäsche war eklig mit Haaren und irgend welche schwarzen Fusseln, die auch auf den Teppichen und Couch waren. Kissen hatten eklige Flecken. Verschiedene Handtücher und nicht gerade ordentlich,Bettwäsche war nicht gerade einladend. Bad und Toilette waren nicht sauber,da waren die Spuren vom Vorgänger noch da. 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier, wenig Handseife und Duschgel,wenn 4 Personen gebucht sind. In der Küche hat es an vielen Küchen Utensilien gefehlt und es war alles zusammen gesammelte Geschirr und Tassen und zu wenig Besteck. Kein Geschirrtuch, Spüllappen war alt und vergammelt. Wasserkocher war total verkalkt. Der Boden voller Staub. Man fragte sich wer da sauber macht. Es war alles in einem abgewohnten Zustand und die Terrassentür hatte einen Riss und war schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen.

• Jana (3/5): Leider sehr dreckig und schwierig zu parken, ansonsten gute Wohnung. - Lage ist gut, ca . 7 min zur U-Bahn Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet Wlan ist sehr gut waschmaschine ist vorhanden Wohnung war sehr dreckig, überall Staub und auf dem Bett lagen fremde Haare Wohnung hat etliche gebrauchsstpuren (kaputte Steckdose, fehlende Harken für Bilder, abgeplatzte farbe, kaputte Kissen) Bad war nicht geputzt Küchengeschirr war noch dreckig Tv hat nur Youtube funktioniert nur teure Parkmöglichkeiten (40€ ein Tag) oder an der Straße mit APP?? Überall Staub, (Hausstauballergie hat voll zugeschlagen)

La limpieza sobre todo, los colchones, sábanas viejas, con pelotitas. No tiene anafe ni microondas. Muy abandonado. El servicio es pésimo. Las cápsulas de café que te dejan, ya están todas usadas.

• Oleksandr (10/5): Класні апартаменти , погане управління . - Вид з вікна , прекрасний стан квартири , тепла підлога , класні і зручні меблі , чудові матраси . Близько від центру , біля Дунайського каналу , дуже зручне розташування , в будинку є супермаркет. Фото на сайті виглядають гірше ніж сама квартира . Цього разу все спортила прибиральниця , залишила не миті бокали в мийці , сміття не винесла , одне ліжко застелили , одне було використане і не поміняна білизна . Автомобіль нема де притягнути , напроти паркінг за добу 40 € .

• Barbara (9/5): Top wir kommen sicher wieder - Wie immer 😊 Wohnung ist ein Traum, sind schon zum 2. Mal hier. Pool grenzgenial. Super auch dass jetzt auch in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage ist! Auf der Couch (Bett) war kein Leintuch nur eine warme decke als Unterlage- bei den Temperaturen nicht so gut! Aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau ☺️

• Jacqueline (9/5): Ruim appartement met airco en heerlijk zwembad op het dak - Ruim appartement met airco en zwembad. Goede bedden en makkelijk bereikbaar. Appartement (keuken) was niet goed schoon bij aankomst.
• Honza Turek (9/5): - Skvělé ubytování v 8. patře moderního bytového komplexu. Na střeše je stylový nerezový bazén s dechberoucími výhledy na okolí. Lokalita je klidná, ideální pro odpočinek – o víkendu je navíc možné parkovat zdarma v přilehlých ulicích. V areálu se nachází supermarket BILLA a výborná italská restaurace. Stadion Ernsta Happela je pohodlně dostupný pěšky. Pro sledování televize bylo nutné přihlášení k Samsung účtu, což nemusí vyhovovat každému – ale šlo to snadno vyřešit.
• Kathleen (9/5): Superb - apartment was a lovely size, good size living/dining/kitchen room and two decent sized bedrooms, all with efficient air conditioning. Balcony area was excellent, corner balcony. lovely views over vienna, especially the fair in the distance. seating appeared to be for 4 but one chair currently broken so only seating for 3 - brought dining chair out when needed to sit on. swimming pool area was lovely with an amazing view and lots of seating areas. Washing machine was very useful, said there was a tumble dryer but couldn't see it but was extremely hot so didn't need it any way. No Iron which would be a useful addition. communications before stay were excellent with clear instructions and photos on where/how to access keys (communication not so good once we were there - emailed host twice, once re broken patio chair and once re curtain rail which fell down but no reply). security of apartment was excellent with fob entry to building and lift area as well as swimming pool. there was an excellent italian restaurant directly outside the apartment which we made us of several times as well as a supermarket. cannot comment on public transport from apartment to central vienna as there were 4 of us so found it easier to just book an uber but that was easy, quick and not too expensive. would recommend coffee and cake at vollpension in vienna with the nonnas, choice and size of cake was excellent. 12.oclock checkout was wonderful. communication could have been better once there - see above. no bottle openër no iron
• Debra (1/5): Absolutely worst property I have ever visited - The balcony The property was disgustingly filthy. Urine i’m toilet and running down wall. Bed sheets covered on body hair, bloody used feminine hygiene products left on kitchen counter, inside of fridge was filthy…we couldn’t stay here and the host called me a liar even with photographic proof. Said I just wanted a refund. Instead I had to go and get new accommodations
• Jesper (9/5): Superb - Nina was very helpfull and fixed so that we could check in earlier then planned. Public transportaion is close by the apartment so it easy to get around.
• Zeljana (1/5): Bad - Location is good, the apartment is freshly furnished and spacious with a nice view. Welcome to the apartment wasn't nice at all. The floor was dirty, bedding had someones hair in it, fridge was filled with someone elses food and shaving leftover were around the sink.
• Ana (7/5): Good location and view, but little attention to maintenance of apartment. - The linens were dirty with hair. I’m not sure they even changed them. The bed sheets and covers were extremely wrinkled, no attention to details. The apartment lacks all the necessary items in a kitchen. The place has a lot of potential if they change a few things. The owner though, was responsive and had someone come the next day and replace the sheets.
