There is a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast and coffee The noise of construction woke me up early in the morning and I couldn’t sleep. The noise was coming from just behind the wall. I had to wait about 5 minutes for hot water to appear. The bathroom is very small.

The location is excellent. Attached coffee shop and outdoor seating is a bonus. Beds extremely comfortable. Very quiet. The room was quite small, lack of a wardrobe is not practical and the size of the bathroom was also disappointing. Hard to manoeuvre around toilet to get to shower and also not enough room around toilet. Would be extremely difficult for a larger person to use toilet and squeeze past toilet.Also, the fact that the lift does not go to the fourth floor is also irritating and especially as stairs are very narrow. Nice foyer (decor nicer in foyer than in rooms) Terrace cafe out front with good food and coffee. Location central to cafes, shops, walks and parking station. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Hot shower. Nice toiletry products, tea, coffee and milk supplied. A quiet room but for renovations (assuming by power tool noise, banging) directly above us upstairs, so sleeping-in not an option. Work didnt commence until 8am so not too bad. Bathroom a bit tight/awkward. Shower recess tiles/grout a little aged. Would benefit from paint refresh in places.

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, m'a aidé pour tous mes questionnements et m'a donné des tips pour visiter la ville. Chambres spacieuses quoique la taille peut un peu varier d'une chambre à l'autre pour le même type de chambre. Un peu vieillot pour le prix. Il y a de la moquette au sol, ce qui n'est pas le plus hygiénique. J'ai eu un problème avec le verrou de la porte qui ne marchait pas, ce qui n'était pas très rassurant niveau sécurité, mais le personnel m'a tout de suite proposé de changer de chambre et a déplacé mes affaires ce qui a été très gentil de sa part.

• wizened (8/5): - 基本上是我能找到最便宜的，带独立卫生间的住宿了，五一期间大概是600rmb不到。 位置虽然不在市中心，但是附近有一个地铁站还挺方便，下个地铁吃饭超市啥的也多。 服务员的服务态度非常好，我下了飞机到酒店才上午10点竟然让我入住了，在国外第一次遇到这么好的前台。 酒店大堂环境还是不错的，有一点点art deco加复古，没事坐一坐也很美，有一些网红在拍照打卡。 房间很小了，卫生间上厕所的时候我坐不下，只能侧着坐。

• Malu (2/5): Zou het niemand aanraden - De locatie was top en het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het hotel was echt enorm gedateerd en aan een grote onderhoudsbeurt toe, kamer heel klein en benauwd. Een enorm klein bed voor 2 personen. Geen verduisterende gordijnen en je zag de hele nacht het licht van de gang. Maar het vervelendste was wel dat het zo enorm gehorig was dat je de mensen in de kamer boven je letterlijk hoorde lopen en hun tv was ook duidelijk hoorbaar. Niet heel bevordelijk voor de nachtrust..

I especially appreciated the very quick response on the Emergency number early on a Sunday morning when the access door was locked and prevented me from reaching room 5. There was construction dust and debris on the inside of my room door, through until the bathroom. No a huge concern but unsightly.

The sheets were like plastic so during the night you were boiling all the time. The bathroom was small as well you couldn’t move at all. The shower wouldn’t close all the way so you ended up with all the water on the floor. There was no natural light. And as a final surprise we found a cockroach on the bad the morning we left.

• Nicola (7/5): Nice little hotel close to High Street, close to transport, walk to the city, ideal for short stay - When we arrived the lady gave us a dark ground floor room where the bathroom light wasn't working. When I told her, she said it had been fixed (it hadn't) but she then gave us a room on the 4th floor that was nice and bright. We walked from Hyde Park back to the Hotel, and there is a bus outside to get to town and a train station direct to the bus station. I would say this hotel is good for travelers like us, passing through and on a budget, the rooms are small but clean. The rooms are a bit small, but if you are just using the room to sleep, its fine. Although you are not far from the main area and busy bar, our room was quiet.

• Janet (8/5): - Friendly reception staff, great location, there's a kitchen available and a foyer to sit /relax in with tables. Air con worked really well. Not the properties fault but it can be noisy. Bathroom is quite small. My room had no decent window or view, some may have.
• Ian (9/5): Very satisfied, and have already booked for more than one visit later this year. - No need to consult photos, etc. as I have stayed at No. 9 Springfield several times before, always in relation to attending opera performances, usually in the Joan Sutherland theatre, but occasionally the Opera House concert hall. The only addition that would have been further useful, particularly during my latest 3-night stay, would be a microwave.

Y la habitación tenía una ventana pequeña que se abría unos 15 centímetros, estaba un poco encerrada y tenia moquete y había olor a encierro.

• Susanne (6/5): Für meinen nächsten Besuch werde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. - Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen im pulsierenden Stadtteil Potts Point/Kings Cross. Nur Schritte entfernt von der U-Bahn-Station. Das schöne historische Gebäude spricht für sich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zeit der Teppiche in den Zimmern gehört aus meiner Sicht längst der Vergangenheit an, insbesondere da die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig lässt. Das Mikro-Badezimmer verlangt eine gewisse körperliche Flexibilität. Leider habe ich nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Stadt erhalten, was meiner eher klaustrophobischen Neigung und der Tatsache dass lediglich ein Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht vorhanden war, meinem Wohlbefinden nicht gerade förderlich war. Dazu gilt zu erwähnen, dass das freundliche Personal alles versucht hat, um mich in einem Wunschzimmer zu platzieren, was leider erfolglos blieb. Also beim Buchen unbedingt "Room with a view" erwähnen.
• 飛田弥咲 (9/5): - 駅から近く、ホテル周辺にもお店がたくさんあり快適でした。 部屋が狭いので２人で泊るとかなり狭く感じると思います。 共用キッチンには電子レンジとカラトリーがあります。コンロなどはないので調理はできません。
• Amy (9/5): Great value for money, a perfect option - Great location, rooms were well equipped. The wallpaper was peeling in places and a little bit dated, but didn’t detract too much from the stay.

Сам отель нормальный, такой средний вариант проживания за свою стоимость. Есть парковка (за отдельные деньги, но дешевле чем оплата в городе). Номера конечно крошечные, это надо учитывать. 2 чемодана некуда поставить. В номере не очень чисто: слой пыли на чайнике, столе. Ковер в коридоре за 3 дня никто не пылесосил, он весь был в осыпавшейся штукатурке. Самый главный минус отеля - он находится на очень оживленной улице и в номере очень шумно. стены будто картонные. ночью кричат подростки под окнами, потом приезжают мусороуборочные машины и грохочут, утром хлопают дверьми проживающие. Не говоря уже о том, что все разговоры соседей также слышны.

• Lee (8/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel in a fantastic location - No. 9 is in a great location, is well set up and catered for everything we needed. Including a complementary laundry which was very convenient. Wifi was fast and easy to access, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arranged an after hours check-in which they explained clearly and all went smoothly. If I had any criticism, it could only be the bathroom as it was quite small in particular but the water pressure was great and the shower was quite refreshing. The other thing we noticed was that we heard other guests around us and as I was recovering from a cold, I was coughing quite a but which other guests no doubt hear as well
