- Mahir (7/5): The apartment is beautiful, and its location is great— it just needs a few adjustments to make the experience a 10/1 - The view from the apartment is beautiful, but given the price, one would expect more luxurious and refined amenities 1. **Bathroom Condition**:
- The bathroom is worn out and has a persistent color that doesn’t come off even with cleaning.
- The showerhead is also in poor condition, leaking water. Overall, making the bathroom more luxurious would be a great idea.
2. **Apartment Odor**:
- The apartment has an unpleasant smell. Using air fresheners in the living area would create a more welcoming atmosphere, especially upon entry.
3. **Insect Control**:
- It would be beneficial to have devices for mosquito and insect control, as opening windows during the summer could lead to pests entering.
4. **Emergency Contact**:
- There is no 24-hour emergency number available. Since there is an office but no reception like in hotels, this can be problematic. I experienced an issue after 10 PM when I accidentally left my apartment key in the car. The parking area only opens with the apartment key, and contacting Booking.com didn’t provide a solution. Thankfully, I found a resident who helped me.
5. **Welcome Atmosphere**:
- The reception lacks a welcoming feel. The staff is very strict about apartment rules, which are also posted throughout the apartment. A more friendly and relaxed approach upon arrival would enhance the guest experience.
In conclusion, every elegant touch in the apartment and the guest's experience during check-in will make a difference.
These points are not meant to diminish their efforts but are intended for improvement and to inform future guests.

- Angelin4ik (5/5): Expensive inconveniences - The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, the view from the terrace is superb. The worst thing about the stay is that they charge a lot, but don't think about their guests' comfort AT ALL. When I checked in he receptionist didn't think to warn me that washing machine downstairs needs a special key. And she didn't give it to me, so I had to come back to their office two days later within working hours and waste a day of hiking. Also, knowing that we were checking out on Sunday they didn't tell us in advance about the procedure of doing it when the office is closed and simply texted me to swing by their office to get instructions (like I got nothing to do there but hang out at their office!). No matter how far you house is from the office - you still have to bring back the keys when you check out. After you do half the cleaners' work.
Also, the towel-drier and bathroom ventilation in the apartment turn themselves on randomly, there are no controllers for them. And many light bulbs in the apartment need changing.
I'm really disappointed at how many inconveniences I had to face within my five-day stay. For your money, they do everything for their own comfort, not yours

The check out policy is at 10:00 am ,which is too early.
