Anne (7/5): Great location! - The location is great. Can't fault that. Everything is walking distance and it's great to have everything on the doorstep. Murano glass windows too! Parking is a little tight but very easy. The bar is lovely and highly recommend the breakfast, sets you up for the day. Main hotel staff were really nice. Beds are super comfy. Bathrooms are a little dated but more than sufficient. Water pressure is great. The restaurant . Food was not up the standard we were expecting, especially as the breakfast is so great! The cost for the amount of food and the quality was very disappointing. I recommend the hotel but not eating at the restaurant.

Breakfast wasn't too well cooked, So the hotel was expensive for what it now offers

Susan (8/5): A lovely hotel in a stunning location. - A very comfortable room with great views over the canal. Stunning location as only a few minutes walk from the main historic square. A short walk to all of the historic sights in old Bruges. We had a warm welcome upon our arrival and the reception guy took us and our luggage to our room. We plan to stay here in February 2027. We didn't have the breakfast or dinner in the hotel as they were quite expensive.

The bedroom was very comfortable and nice and warm. The hotel is on a busy inner city road, which is noisy in the morning given the cobblestones. The traffic starts at 6.00am. The pillows were a bit hard one of us.

Little gifts were left on our bed each evening which was a lovely touch. The staff are all lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is absolutely spotless and in the centre of Bruges, perfect for sightseeing. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel, and that is high praise coming from me as I am hard to please!
