It is centrally located, yet the area was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful retreat. Situated on the first floor, the apartment was warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The secure courtyard parking space was a great bonus providing peace of mind for our car. We thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay and would highly recommend Praxis to anyone visiting Arnstadt.

• Andreas (10/5): - Alles, von der Lage über die Ausstattung bis zur Sauberkeit. Es waren so viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, wo andere FeWo-Vermieter nicht dran denken (wollen). Für eine 1+ mit Sternchen fehlte mir eine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Das war mir morgens zu hell, um im Urlaub mal länger zu schlafen.

• Marie (8/5): - Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett war mir persönlich zu weich. Und an der ein oder anderen Stelle war es ein wenig staubig/ krümelig.

• Jessica (10/5): - Unser ganzer Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende einfach super. Der kontaktlose Check-In lief reibungslos, unser Auto konnten wir sogar kostenlos im Innenhof parken. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, super modern und vor Allem hochwertig eingerichtet. Es war blitzsauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Selbst an die Kindersicherungen in den Steckdosen und Kindergeschirr bzw. - besteck haben die Gastgeber gedacht. Hausschuhe, Regenschirme, Spiele und Malsachen für die Kinder.. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Betten waren ein absoluter Traum, wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen :) Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls top, im Zentrum aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Gastgeber Hendrik und Marc sind an Freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Wir haben schon oft über Booking gebucht und tolle Ferienwohnungen gehabt, aber diese Unterkunft hat uns so begeistert dass wir am Liebsten mehr als 10 Punkte gegeben hätten.
