- Luis (7/5): Great location and space that needs some investment to be 10 rated. - The apartment is very spacious. It is very well located at very few steps from touristic downtown and the student and city-life neighborhoods. You have plenty of space while in there. They need to invest in the facilities. The doorknobs will stay in your hands if you treat them as if they were properly fixed. Some appliances do not work. The bathroom is colder than the fridge, despite having two exterior walls. They need to include better references, like what stores are at the building's ground level, to find the building quickly. We had to fix the shower hose as it was not properly fixed, and you must care for the pipes as if they were of glass.
- Ania (8/5): Nice and spacious apt in a central location - Nice and spacious apartment in a good location. It's a 3rd floor without elevator in a modest building. Facilities are within reach, walking distance.
