• Peggy (1/5): Super disappointed ☹️ - Nothing at all. Horrible apartment! Moldy, cracked, peeling walls; dirty cutlery; The bathroom was super small, and the water wouldn’t drain at all—completely no drainage. Host Roberta was unkind—kept saying no one else complained, like I was lying. Even after I asked not to be disturbed, they sent workers to my room two days in a row to "fix" things. Total nightmare!! The entire building opposite was under construction, deafening drilling and banging all day. When I complained, the host claimed she “had no idea” about it, as if I was lying. Suggest me to close all windows! I paid over €400 a night to enjoy Venice’s views, not to be stuck in a windowless, noisy room. Add the tiny, flooding bathroom and dirty cutlery—worst stay ever!

• Cuevas-ramos (10/5): Excellent Location with Stunning Canal Views - The apartment was spotless and perfectly situated near numerous excellent restaurants. The canal view adds a peaceful, scenic element that makes this place special. This became our favorite neighborhood for great food, so we’re happy we stayed here. Highly recommend for the combination of convenience, food, and beautiful surroundings. The apartment had 2 bathrooms but only 1 standing shower. Although I liked the addition of the tub, I wish there was a second shower stall.

The apartment lacked a comprehensive guide/compendium - especially for guests who may have never been to Venice before. We found ourselves messaging back and forth with the owner whose information was often unclear.
