• Christopher (7/5): Grundsätzlich außergewöhnliche Preis Leistung, Sauberkeit jedoch Minuspunkt - Guter Stellplatz in Tiefgarage Nette Vermieter Sehr bequeme Betten Schöne Raumaufteilung. Wohnung wirkt größer wie 66 qm. Billa gleich ums Eck Preis sehr gut Sauberkeit kann sehr verbessert werden. (Überall Haare der Vormieter, z.B. in den Schubläden, im Bad, Kühlschrank, Dicke Staubschichten z.B. auf Heizörper im Bad, Schmutziger Kühlschrank, Essensreste in den Sofarillen, etc) Küchenausstattung könnnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein.

• Rachel (10/5): חיפשנו מקום קרוב יחסית לשדה התעופה ומצאנו את הדירה של סטפן. היה מדהים. - המארח סטפן חיכה לנו מחוץ לבניין ופתח לנו את החניון, עלה איתנו לדירה ועדכן אותנו בכל הפרטים. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת הכל חדש ונקי למשעי. נהננו מאוד.
• Maria (10/5): - The apartment is very comfortable and clean, the underground parking is a big plus. The location is outside of Vienna, in a very quiet area but with the possibility of reaching anywhere in Vienna by public transport. Very kind owner, who helped us with everything we needed.

• Horst Skricik (10/5): Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 3-stöckigen Wohnhaus am südlichen Stadtrand von Wien. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war aussergewöhnlich gut und sehr neu. Das Haus wurde 2022 gebaut. Auch eine Tiefgarage ist bei diesem Objekt dabei. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen. da fällt mir am besten Willen nichts ein!!

• Simon (9/5): Een luxe ruime locatie met parkeergarage nabij twee P&R s voor als je Wenen wil bezoeken - De locatie en plek voor je auto. Voor 4,40€ sta je een hele dag op een P&R op 15 min afstand. En voor 8€ kan je de hele dag met openbaar vervoer. En in de koelkast vind je drank en snack die je tegen betaling kan nuttigen. Adres was niet makkelijk te vinden op eigen autonavigatie. Maar de telefoon bracht uitkomst.

• Abraham (10/5): Bueno bonito barato - El apartamento está como nuevo todo un lujo, zona tranquila con supermercados, restaurantes y el aeropuerto en 15minutos. Tiene su propio parking y el propietario de 10.

• Sergei Tsymbal (6/5): Я бы не рекомендовал. Не чувствуешь себя комфортно. Выбирают только из за близости к аэропорту. - Квартира расположена близко к аэропорту. Парковка под зданием. Два туалета. Квартира не вызвала уюта и комфорта. На фото казалось гораздо лучше. Нечисто в квартире. Были следы грязи в ванной и на кухне. Кровать некомфортна, простынь синтетическая, были пододеяльник и пледы, но одеяла не было. Наполнение в ванной комнате бедное. Кофе платный.
• Aleksandrs (9/5): - Квартира просторная, светлая. Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым. Хороший ремонт и мебель. Хозяин лично встретил и все пояснил. Парковка подземная. Есть набор напиткой в холодильнике за плату, если вы не успели купить. Чистота в ванной могла быть чуть лучше.

• MURAT (7/5): Good place to stay for airport travelers - Located close to Vienna Airport. There's indoor parking. There are supermarkets nearby. It's a new building. The apartment is quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's no national TV broadcast. Netflix and similar services aren't available (needed id and password). There is a coffee machine but not even a single capsule. The items in the refrigerator were charged. At least a few items could have been offered as a treat. Since supermarkets are nearby, we bought our supplies there.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and well facilitated. 15 minutes driving from Vienna's airport and includes a private parking, which makes it ideal for the night before or after the flight. The host was very nice and helpful.

Property was newly built and had a beautiful interior, beds were comfortable and a big plus were very comfortable pillows. Nice option to get some drinks from the refrigerator (payable). Apartment was tidy, everything was thought through. We loved to stay here!

The accommodation was comfortable and very sunny place with parking available. It was also very close to P+D or bus stop infront of the appartman, Billa close to as well.

It’s about 1/2 hour away by car from Vienna city center and the kettle needs to be changed as the bottom is already blackened due to overheating?
• Kyle (8/5): All was perfect - Parking was great inside a garage, very modern flat and spacious. Nice equipped kitchen Unfortunately sound of cars and motorbikes could be heard well when the press on the gas pedal but that is not owners fault as road should be 30km speed limit!
• Nadiia (8/5): Very good - That place is very spacious and modern. It consists of one big kitchen and 2 bedrooms + 2 toilets, one with shower. The bed was rather comfortable. There's a free parking in the garage. I would suggest better cleaning. Because there was no vacuum cleaning, I saw hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Also there was a bad aroma in the bathroom (only there). In general we were satisfied but I would also suggest some more amenities, little useful things that gives good impression.

Free underground parking is very convenient. - The owner lives close to the apartment; we arrived before the check-in time, but when we called him, he came to the place within a few minutes and gave us the keys. • Miha (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed only for 1 night in the apartment, but it met our expectations. The apartment was spacious, nicely and fully equipped and almost soundproof (basically no noise from neighbours was audible). Parking spot was located in an underground garage. Last but not least, the host was welcoming and friendly. It was not possible to completely blackout the windows during night.

• Deniss (10/5): Perfect - Everything was just wonderful. From location, to parking, to comfort inside. Beds were extremely comfortable. Apartment even had a minibar and loaded coffee machine! Big supermarket nearby. Owner speaks good English and answered all our questions in detail. Lack of daily curtains. You can only close the metal curtain but then its full blackout inside. There is a construction site nearby, which didn’t bothered us at all, but still a thing to note.
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equipped brand new modern apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC. 15 minutes from the Schwechat airport, and 30 minutes by bus and train from Vienna center. The bus stop is literary in front of the building but it is necessary to use the wienmobil applicatio to get the bus scedule. Super friendly ownew who met us, helped us with the parking and the luggage, and offered us complimentary drinks. Thank you, Stefan! Will definitely come again! None

• Nadina (10/5): Spacious and confortable - Amazing apartment, very spacious, fully equipped, 35-40 min away fron Parndorf and 10 min away from SCS Wien. It has an underground parking and a huge Billa is 400m away. Definitely reccomend! -

• Lior (9/5): Superb - Big and comfortable apartment, in a brand new building. Private parking. If you need to live close to the airport - then it's a good choice for you. Although public transportation from the apartment to the airport is not easy. With rental car it's 15 min drive. It's a nice apartment, nothing bad about it. Take under consideration that there is no A/C, so maybe on summer time it will be a little challenging.
