• Ivan Binghao (7/5): Value for money. Extravagant FBI safehouse. - Value for money. Very clean, spotless. Netflix provided. Simple instructions for check in. Great place to just sleep and wake up and get going. Comfortable beds. Excellent customer service and response times. Spartan layout. Think FBI safehouse but they made it look as homely as they could. Wish they wouldn't use free cups from some event they attended last time. The view isn't great. Lake is moldy, swamp like green. Somewhat firm pillows. Why is there a ladder in the kitchen?

Wish they could provide a steam iron rather than an ordinary iron. Takes a long time to iron clothes (for families preparing to go for weddings etc ) .

Staff easy to communicate. Room and toilet super clean. Really worth it. Nothing. Ohh, early check in too expensive. 30 ringgit for 1 hour early. A bit too much for me. Anyway, its still good room.

• Eng (8/5): Best ideal for couple - An ideal for couple to stay. Warm light & cool homestay. There is a TV box, A.C. & coach for couple to chill & watch TV. The washing machine has several functions which convenience for us to clean. Also, water dispenser for us to refill without store up mineral waters during our vacation. Its location is close to AEON Tebrau shopping mall which is a strategic location for traveler. Overall, we are happy to stay on it. Sneezing a lot while sleeping on the bed or sit on coach. Perhaps, the owner can use the dust mites vacuum to clean the bed & coach. It will help people who has dust allergy. The hair dryer is not working sometimes. I believe the wire was damaged & maybe it needs to be repair.

• Nurul (9/5): Amazing stay in JB - All equipment and facilities are in good condition and complete. There were large fridge, washing machine, functioning kitchen, microwave water heater, air cond and fans and most importantly water filter. Seriously in awe with the facilities provided. Strongly recommended to book this place. The check in and check out procedure was also simple. Parking lot so near to the elevator that goes to the house. It's really convenient. If there is a welcome beverage, like tea sachet / coffee or something it would be even more awesome.

• Anna (1/5): the stay was terrible because the room wasn't maked up by the cleaners by 3pm and when i complained this to the agen - nothing!y stay was just terrible! when i checked in into the room the room wasn't cleaned !! it was 3pm their check in time for this Airbnb but the room was still dirty and used! The owner was totally unapologetic. the bed and bathroom was used from the previous guest. rubbish bin was full with rubbish. kitchen basin was full with dirty plates.
