• Jenny (8/5): Wonderful apartment away from the crowds. - We loved the location as it was away from the crowds, did not feel so touristy. The no 14 bus is approx 20 to the main sites in town. The apartment is a great size, kitchen very well equipped. Has everything one could need. , It was hot, aircon would be good.
• Nick (10/5): Great start to Italy trip 2025 - Classic Italian style apartment. Excellent host, Silvia really goes above and beyond in preparing and assisting during your stay. Definitely would stay here again when visiting. Use these to get there (43.7694191, 11.2873156) confusingly the street has 2 places with the same number, Silvia came and met us to help.

• Miriam (9/5): Cozy, accommodating host, spacious - The host was so accommodating and kind. Making sure I was checked in and just a friendly interaction through messages. Check-in was easy, the apartment is very spacious. Great for a single person or a couple. Felt very homey and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The sheets, duvet and pillow were perfect. Even though I did not use the kitchen much it was well equipped. Even a sweet sign that welcomes you when you come in, handwritten with your name, I thought this detail was so considerate. The location is a bit further out of the main city, but for my plans it was great, the bus is very close by. If you are a sensitive person like me, I would recommend earplugs for the bedroom as the train was sometimes a bit too loud for me. With earplugs, I slept perfectly, and as mentioned the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep ever.

• Pickering (10/5): Amazing! - Whole apartment in a quiet part of town. Lots of amenities and extras (such as olive oil and pasta). Very spacious and clean.
• Halvorsen (10/5): Lovely stay and will come back one day! - Nice local Italian apartment, had everything you’d need! We really enjoyed our stay and Silvia was a fantastic host! Great buss connection to town and a fantastic Ice Cream shop right down the street. A litte worm even though there was a movable AC, but was just enough for one room at the time.

She was very generous & very sweet. The AC was weak, and I perferred using the fans that were in the house instead, as they cooled me off better.

• Michaela (10/5): The place is as beautiful as the sunsets in Florence. - Entire apartment is lovely and perfect to stay in. The host is absolutely amazing, available to answer and help anytime. Very clean place that didn’t lack anything.
• Hannah (9/5): Caring host and welcoming abode - Lovely host! Amazing communication throughout and even met us at the bus stop! It's a very cute place with a great kitchen and a short ride into the main part of Florence. Has a laundromat next door and a great bakery down the street. Was a little warm- windows could let in cool air (with bug nets) but no fan or AC. We stayed in early June so was okay but something to be mindful of in the heart of summer.

Silvia was very friendly and the main thing is that when entering the property it is perceived that there is a great concern for the passenger. Nothing is needed. • David (10/5): Absolutely brilliant!!! - Out in the suburbs. Quiet area and nice to get out of the crowds - but plenty of shops. Bus stop just outside property so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted. Property was larger than we thought and very well maintained and equipped. Owner was always available and very quick to respond. Very very comfy bed. Just perfect. We loved it all
