• Ana (7/5): - The location was good , it was close to the tram and bus stop, so it was easy to go to the train station and the city center as well. Host was super nice and let us have early check in. Apartment has neighbors who asked us not to use the upstairs bathroom between 19:30 -7:30, because they have baby and ‘thin walls’. They leave every guest the same large note on the door and I believe it should be mentioned in the description. For us it was supper uncomfortable, 4 of us stayed in the same house. Additionally, stairs were too loud and if you wanted to use the bathroom you had to get down in the middle of the night 😳. mosquitoes were bugging us the whole night, pillows were uncomfortable.

• G (7/5): Good Location But Noisy Stairs - Great Communication from Naveen, the host! Free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds, a clean apartment and multiple bins in every room The timing restrictions of using the upstairs bathroom due to next door having a baby, Noisy stairs every time we climbed up and down. Mosquitos in the apartment, on the night, we got many bites, we had to get bug spray. Sometimes the Wi-Fi was slow.

• Xavier (9/5): Belle expérience Florentine! - Appartement éloigné du centre (30 minutes) et proche du tramway T2 (direct de la gare) et avec accès simple du centre. Pas mal de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie...). Appartement bien équipé (un peu plus de vaisselle serait apprécié), propre, confortable et avec personnel disponible pour répondre aux questions. Aucune mauvaise surprise.
• Isabella (8/5): My parents and I had a fantastic time in Florence, shopping and sightseeing all of the famous sites. The apartment wasn’ - I liked that it had two bathrooms so that more than one person could take a shower at the same time. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There wasn’t enough lighting in the bathrooms. Some of the lights didn’t work.
• Aljaste (10/5): good location and space, could be a bit more comfortable, but great for the price - in a good area, quiet but close to centre, nice hosts, two bathrooms, dishwasher! kitchen was a bit uncomfortable (no kitchen towels and fridge and cupboard doors need fixing) one of the bedrooms had only one really bright wall light.
• Siobhan (8/5): Overall value for money at this property was very good. It is very safe and clean - The property was very clean and had all the amenities as advertised. Kalum met us with the keys and was very helpful. The main bedroom bed needs to be replaced. It sinks toward the middle. Our guest in the second bedroom said she was very comfortable.

• Charlene (7/5): A very pleasant apartment located within easy walking distance to public transport and shops. - The apartment was well maintained and had 2 bathrooms which isn't always easy to find. I also loved the terrace. The air conditioning was also wonderful! The bed we slept in wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, the other bed in the main bedroom was much more comfortable.
• Prerna (7/5): It was clean but otherwise not great location or space. - It was clean It was far from station not as per what is mentioned in the description it took us to a wrong location as per what is given in booking.com. The host who guided us with checkin was not at all helpful with any travel information or how to get a cab never received any response post checkin. There were no toiletries just hair shampoo. 2nd bedroom is super tiny felt claustrophobic.

He gave us dinner recommendations and made sure we were set up for a great experience! It would’ve been nice to have a bit more toiletry supplies
