• Keelese Nthabiseng (5/5): - The level of security given the areas. It was difficult to get in touch with the property owner when problems arose and when we finally did get in touch, it took time to resolve said issues despite the time sensitivity of the matter
• Diego de Andrade (3/5): Péssima experiência e não recomendo! - O anfitrião Kenneth foi muito atencioso, sempre respondeu prontamente e solícito a ajudar. O lugar é espaçoso para um casal. Tivemos uma péssima experiência com a nossa estadia, vários problemas aconteceram. Nos três dias finais tivemos falta de energia. O anfitrião ainda tentou levar uma caixa de energia portátil, mas não durou nem três horas para carregar nossos equipamentos. Tivemos gastos extras para nos deslocarmos para cafeterias para conseguir carregar os nossos equipamentos e não ficar incomunicável. Até o momento do check-out estava sem luz. Isso é uma falta de respeito. Você estar de férias em outro país e ficar sem energia que é o básico para uma acomodação, não é nada satisfatório. O chuveiro parou de aquecer, tivemos que tomar banho gelado num dia muito frio na cidade. Essa região fica numa parte central da cidade muito abandonada, suja, pessoas drogadas pelas ruas e perigosa à noite, não é segura para turistas. Pela péssima experiência que tivemos, não valeu a pena o custo benefício. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso, disso não tenho que reclamar, mas não recomendo o local.

• Nurya (6/5): - The fast answer from the support given to the questions we raised. The location is very central. The building felt very safe. When we arrived at the apartment, we immediately noticed that the bathroom towels were filthy. I was surprised that with such stains, they were made available for use. We made the apartment support aware of that , this was solved rapidly. Energy is pre-paid. Which meant that the apartment ran out of electricity, and we were wondering why since all the other apartments in the neighborhood clearly had power. Again, this was communicated and solved. But it always left us wondering if we could use the heater and then be left with no energy to charge our phones or switch the light on. The location of the apartment is in a festive area full of bars and nightclubs. Therefore, from Friday on, you can expect to hear a lot of noise coming from the outside, and this can trouble your sleep if you are a light sleeper. Also, there is only a very simple pair of curtains in the apartment that doesn't help to make the room darker.

Clean, in a very busy sport, close to shops and transport There was no water for 2 days The host doesn't answer calls when you contact her, nor does she call back The unit doesn't have a parking bay, they kept requesting us for R50 parking per night. The spa capacity of the geyser is not big enough for the spa batch 🙄
