• Dylan (1/5): - Absolutely abysmal sleep when they have a band playing in the hotel at 730am on a Sunday morning without any prior warning. Extra awful points for not telling us said band will be playing directly above our room. Love being woken up by someone terribly playing the drums!!

• Pham (8/5): Very good - The location is in the Center close to many restaurants and public place so you can walk around. The room is clean, The staff are very nice The window open to the corridor, The aircon is very noisy, the road outside is dirty with full of garbage The owner should do something to clean it.
• Winnie (7/5): Big Room with some drawbacks - The size of the room was bigger than expected, there was even a kitchenette with a refrigerator, hotplate and a dining table. The bathroom was also bigger than expected. The location was decent, close enough to many sights. -Bugs. There was some kind of tiny, indeterminable bug that appeared on the dining table occasionally, not sure where they came from, but they also don't appear to travel far from the dining table either. Also, we saw a few ants that probably came in through the open window, once we closed the windows, they never reappeared throughout our stay. -We smelled cigarette smoke in the room sometimes, although there's a no smoking sign in the hotel.

• Mina (5/5): We got disappointed - We liked this hotel, this was our second time staying at this place. The room was nice, the staff is friendly and accommodating, great location, reasonable price. Our last night at the hotel was horrible. There was a wedding reception at the function room above our room so the noise was super loud, like you can feel the vibration of the loudness of the speakers and everyone up there. Complaining at the front desk was useless because I asked them how can they resolve our discomfort and they said that they can’t make them stop because it’s a wedding reception. I know a wedding is a special occasion, I just hoped that they placed us in a different room away from that function room prior to checking us in. We had an infant and a toddler with us that need to sleep early at night so it was horrible night for them too. We needed a good sleep since our flight was in the early hours the next day so having a lack of sleep was not ideal. We’re not sure if we will be coming back here again on our next trip.

The staff doesn’t speak a word of English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German. It was very difficult to communicate with them.
