- Selena (8/5): Great spot to stay - The location was great, the apartment was clean and the double bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and stove top to cook some light meals when we wanted to. Having the car parking included was great for us as we were holidaying from the country, so needed somewhere to park the car safely.
- Madan (7/5): The place is in the heart of city and close to restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. - Good place in the city. Walkable to shops, restaurants, shopping etc. Just 2 things: The Shower & The Parking. Apart from that the place is good.
The Shower - i felt like i was showering under a kitchen tap. The water pressure was so bad. The hot water didn’t last too long but there was a note inside the lift that there was an issue for the whole building about the hot water system. So not their fault.
The Parking - I was asked to drop off the door key in the locker downstairs but was asked to leave the car pass key on the kitchen table inside the apartment. The car parking is in the next building, so to get the car first when checking out and park it in front of the building and get my bags down and leave the car parking pass in the room was a bit of a hassle. I initially didn’t get any parking in front of the building (limited parking permit there) but was lucky someone left. If I didn’t get that spot then could have been a longer hassle. Not ideal when you are catching a flight. Would have been easier to drop the door pass and car pass key in the locker downstairs rather than going up and leaving it in the kitchen table.
- Ka Thai (9/5): The apartment is value for money, location is good and the host is very friendly. - The location is near by Rundle Mall, very convenient.
The host is very friendly, frequently checking with us whether we need assistance. We were allowed to check in early. It was a little bit noisy on late Friday and Saturday night.
- Ravi (10/5): Enjoyable and happy stay at Tindy’s City Pad. - Location is fabulous. Close to the shopping district and walking distance to the University of Adelaide. The apartment itself is on a high 13th floor and has beautiful city views with a nice balcony. The unit is well-appointed with a master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a 55 inch LED TV and a guest room with two single beds.
The living room is spacious with an L-shaped sofa with another 55-inch LED TV.
Wifi is free and good to an extent that we can watch TV while working on office stuff on your laptop.
Kitchen has an induction stove, a water heater jug, all the utensils you may need like pans, kitchen knives, spoons, forks, serving spoons, and all that you may need for cooking.
The refrigerator is of a good size and you can keep all the stuff you need. Nothing I can think of except the neighbours cooking smells at times that was too strong. Sometimes the wifi gets a bit chappy due to the the provider, not an issue from the owners, though.
- Ferdinand (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (8/5): Great choice for a short stay in the city. - Excellent location, easy access, good communication with host. Was nice that shampoo and soap was included. Getting a little bit tired. Fan in bathroom is really noisy, and showerhead could do with replacing but overall has everything you need for a short stay.
- Maja (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent and check in was easy via a key box at the front. The apartment was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We were four guests visiting a festival but only had one key card between us, which was difficult to manage as the apartment is on 13th floor. Asked for an extra card, which could not be organised during our stay. At least two key cards should be provided. The entry area of the apartment block was really smelly and dirty. Apartment was clean but seemed somewhat unloved and tired.
- Marshall (9/5): Apart from a couple of minor issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again - Location was brilliant, apartment was well appointed, water pressure in shower was excellent, views from balcony just superb!!
John our property manager came and helped us with our issues in a very friendly, helpful and professional manner. I found the smell in corridor from the entrance to the elevator was disgusting, my friend did not.
The single bed was comfortable but way too low, main bed was great.
Air conditioning was intermittent on working, very hot during our stay and sometimes we couldn’t turn it on, possibly a remote issue even though John had changed batteries for us.
No remote for main TV and my friend couldn’t get the TV in her room to work (really not major issues in the big scheme of things).
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, nice balcony, modern and clean properly
- Harris (9/5): Superb -

- Lydia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanna (8/5): Best location , clean and bright unit. - Clear instructions easy to access keys.
Brilliant location, lovely view from balcony. Would stay there again. Minor was a delay in responding to questions .
Second bedroom light did not work no bedside lights.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bob61 (9/5): Superb - When we arrived everything was catered for lovely views of the city and Adelaide hills.Close to everything perfect stay. Perfect free parking for the car. Nothing
- Fumiki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yh (7/5): Convenient location and affordable. - Location was very convenient, comfortable beds, adequate supply of kitchen items & toilet paper. There was a thick layer of dust under the beds, remote control for the fan did not work at all, and the remote controls for the aircon & TV either had low batteries or were very old so not responsive. The agent did not contact me after I had texted him about these issues. The shower gel was low and ran out halfway through our stay.
- Maria (9/5): Location was excellent! The host, John, was attentive and replies straight away. - Location was excellent and very close to shopping, restaurants and public transport. The hot water in the shower was intermittent.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Evans (1/5): This room was a health hazard ☣️⚠️☣️⚠️ - It was close to rundle mall. This room was so disgusting we found the beds (plural!) dirty and stained, mold in the shower, hair in my nephew's bedsheets, one of our toilet paper rolls had mold on it, we also used some of the utensils and found they had food still on it 🤢 AND to top it off on the last night we found a crack pipe and drugs on top of the cabinet in our bathroom which we then reported to the police as advised by the local police station, then told the person we booked with our situation and asked for a refund for what had happened and his response was: "That's very interesting let me get back to you," Only to get a response 10hr later saying "I have reported you to the police and I'll let them handle it."
Would not recommend if you care about your health.
- Ai (8/5): Very good -
- Braden (7/5): Good -
- Mathew (5/5): Good TWO bedroom place, not three as on initial booking. - Location was great, near rundle mall. Apartment was clean, and beds were comfy. Booking was listed as a 3 bedroom aparetment, but when arrived it was only a two bedroom apartment.
It was only after messaging the property a few times they have now updated the booking to reflect the true number of bedrooms.
- Hilke (8/5): Great 2 bedder in very central location - Great location and so close to everything. Nice to have little kitchen, living area and balcony. Rooms have fans and living area has aircon. Bathroom and kitchen have everything one could need. Could maybe use a little TLC and a little more of a clean, but totally acceptable for our purpose and stay.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellie (8/5): Enjoyable and convenient - The location was amazing and so helpful throughout my stay. Nil
- Katie (9/5): Superb - Great location to shops, retail or groceries. Lots and lots of eatery options on near by streets. 2 min walk to the tram. Good facilities to be self sufficient. Parking was across the road on Rundall street, was still free just a readjustment for loading unloading and getting to and from our car.
- Dan (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent and very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Opening the lockbox was a bit clunky and it needs a new identification number.
- Johno (9/5): Great stay in nice apartment, and good value for money. - Great Location and free parking was a bonus.
Clean and tidy accommodation that was good value for money.
Lots of little extras such as Shampoo, Shower Gel and full Kitchen. Lock Box number needs updating very hard to read.
- Cameron (7/5): Nice unit close to Mall and major attractions. - Good central location. Necessary facilities on site. Mattresses werent amazing.
- Chris (6/5): Stay for the location, not the accommodation. - Great location. Easy to check in and check out. Beds and pillows could've been better, but were fine for the price of the stay. Shower was not great, and the lighting was too cold and harsh.
- Helen (7/5): We had a great stay and thank the owners fir sharing this great little apartment with us. - The location was great, good parking facilities, lovely and clean, good communication from host, nice linen and kitchen basics. Was marketed as a 3 bedroom and is only 2 bedrooms, also no laundry in the apartment, has coin operated machines on a different level.
- Gillian (7/5): Good - Great location. Spacious and having a balcony was a bonus. We were hardly there and the only amenities we used were the tea and coffee which was appreciated. There was a very obvious smell of rubbish in the public areas of the building. We knew it was a residential building but it seems to be student lodgings.
- Paul (6/5): Great location, pleasant stay but needs to improve. Picking up key instructions not received. - Location Noise from nightclub. Damage to parts of unit.
- Megan (9/5): Excellent location, wonderful apartment, just late night noise on weekends kinda ruins it. - Location was brilliant, just outside of Rundle Mall and close to a tram stop. Views were beautiful. Rooms were all quite clean. Cupboards were full of useful things. Couch bed was easy to make. Bathroom was very spacious. TV instructions were easy to follow. Welcome folder on the table was very handy. The gay bar two doors up made a LOT of noise on Friday and Saturday until 3AM, making it very difficult to sleep. There was a hole in the wall of the main bedroom upon arrival. Lock box for keys was a little annoying but nothing too bad.
- Anonymous (6/5): Was enjoyable - Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc Had difficulty upon arrival wasn’t sent entry details pillows in main bedroom not confit and did not realise there was a nightclub next door so was a little noisy
- Karen (8/5): Location was the best for walking and vehicle parking. Kingscoin (rental managers) had very helpful staff. - Location and cleanliness The checking in had incorrect number on box and had not left the free parking key card
- Nathan (8/5): was clean away access great location - location
- Naiyueh (3/5): Poor - We found bed bug in our living room &room and got bite .
- Kellie (10/5): Fantastic stay, Fantastic location -
- Valerie (7/5): A conveniently located apartment on 13th floor. - great location. safe and convenient. serviceable basic student type apartment on 13th floor. hair dryer provided. some extra things provided if you wanted to cook. We could not find any heating. Single beds suit children only. The bathroom needs a good deep clean. A new paint job would help freshen place. Vomit in foyer.
- Diana (9/5): We enjoyed being so close to everything and had a pleasant week. - Great location, very convenient. Appreciated the parking card. We had to buy pillows after the first night because the pillows were so big and hard.
- Suja (10/5): very nice and enjoyed. - convenient location noise from outside was disturbing sleep till 3 am in the morning in the weekend and public holiday
- Veronica (10/5): Fabulous location, everything you need for a short stay. - Location was amazing, right by all restaurants and the two large fringe locations. Shower hot water was intermittent.
- Ashlea (9/5): Fantastic location, clean & comfortable space - Location was amazing in walking distance to many attractions and shopping. We stayed for the Fringe Festival so it was perfectly convenient and safely tucked away from the main street so we didn't experience any noise problems. The price was also great being a peak festival time.
The apartment was tidy, clean & comfortable with all the kitchen appliances and linens needed for a few days. Communication with the owners throughout the stay was very thorough, super easy self-check-in instructions and information.
I will gladly return next time I stay in the city! A minor floor clean matter was reported to the owners who were very prompt in responding. Pillows were thick and firm so if you like your own pillow you may want to bring one. Nothing else to dislike!
- Sharon (9/5): Great. - Location was excellent. Hosts were in contact all the time and easy checkin and out. A little more care with cleaning would be great. . Bin smelt and was dirty. Dirt and rubbish under lounge and beds
