As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Xin Hong (9/5): - Es muy bueno ubicación y de todos, cerca la playa como 200 metro en camino casi 4 minutos Es muy lindo de apartamento pueden cocinar cómo quiera y hay muchas ollas también. Puede ver la atardecer en la casa! Tienen que con cuidado porque hay algun dia de la noche hay alguien que me toco la puerta. Pero todos va bien

Marina (8/5): Nice place, beautiful location, expensive. - Location, views, size’s, well equipped, fancy place. Too expensive and the check out was to early: 10AM. not flexibility at all especially on the first day of the new year. The shower head of one of bathroom didn’t work, and the other bathroom’s shower drain was almost clogged. We only stay for two nights and in the last day of the year, so we didn’t have a chance to report this to the landlord but you’d expect everything works perfectly for the price you pay.
