• Elvira (8/5): - Nos gustó mucho el apartamento y su localización, a tan solo cinco minutos de la estación, lo que nos permitió movernos a diferentes ciudades y localizaciones cercanas en tren. No nos gustó el hecho de que había algún armario en el que parecía que había gente viviendo allí, lleno de ropa y de enseres personales. No nos gustó mucho tampoco el hecho de tener que ir a recoger las llaves a otra localización porque aunque es cerca, fueron 15 minutos cargadas con las maletas.
• Marineide Barbara da (7/5): Bom - Perto da estação principal, apartamento estava limpo e bem equipado. Ter que ir ao escritório pegar as chaves.
• Espinosa (7/5): Buena ubicación . Necesita completar accesorios y vajilla - La ubicación. Tiene pocos utensilios de cocina , por ejemplo había una sola cucharita. No tenía nada de elementos de limpieza como detergente, esponja, lo mínimo para una estadía.

• Piotr (8/5): Stosunkowo dobra cena do jakości, mieszkanie było dość duże. - Fajne prywatne mieszkanie na dłuższy pobyt, mieszkanie czyste, metro blisko okolicy- wszędzie można się dostać. Było podwójne łóżko w sypialni oraz kanapa w salonie. W mieszkaniu była pralka i zmywarka ale brak informacji o niedostępnej chemii. Nikt nie będzie kupował całego opakowania żeby raz wstawić pranie. Brak mydelniczki na mydło, mydło poniewierało się przy zlewie.

• RIKIYA (10/5): 快適で素晴らしい宿 - 駅に近く移動するのに便利だった 玄関扉はノブをしっかり下げないと開けることができず、初めての時はやや困惑した。ただ、慣れの範疇ではあると思う。

• Julia (6/5): Fait l’affaire - Super localisation proche de la gare, des trams ou du métro. Spacieux pour 2 personnes. Grande salle de bain. Beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre. Le volet dans la salle de bain est cassé ce qui fait qu’il fait toujours noir dans la salle de bain et en plus la lumière du miroir ne marche plus. C’est donc très contraignant de se préparer dans le noir. Le sol était assez sale nos chaussettes étaient noires dès que nous sommes arrivés. Il est également assez contraignant de devoir aller chercher les clés de l’autre côté de la gare. Cependant le rapport qualité prix est très correct car l’appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Par contre les murs sont très fins, impossible de se sécher les cheveux à 8h du matin sans se faire insulter par les voisins.

• Valerio (5/5): - Location I found the bathroom covered with rubbles and i couldn t use it, i had to call them and wait for them to clean it. And during the evening i could smell a bad odor, don t know where it was coming from

• Milan (6/5): Worst check-in ever - Only after I booked the apartment I realized how greedy the company is. You have to pick up the keys at another address between 11am -3 pm. Otherwise, there are fees, 15-20 or 40 euro. Instead of placing a key box, they like it complicated.
• Sylvie (8/5): Bien mais besoin de petites attentions - Proximité de la gare et des attractions touristiques. Des restaurants et des marchés. Lit confortable. Établissement avec cuisine mais rien pour bien cuisiner, pas de linge a vaisselle. 2 verres, pas savon à main , de serviette de papier. Congélateur plein de glace sale. Pour la remise des clefs; il faut aller les chercher ou payer pour les avoir à l’appartement! Il faut comprendre que de la gare au bureau c’est un kilomètre puis repartir vers l’appartement c’est environ 1,5 km! C’est peu mais à pied après une journée de voyage, c’est agaçant!

• Ian (3/5): Poor - Location only Heating was poor and regulated to 20c and limited running times. Found most times in apartment had none or very limited use from heating. Had washing machine but no soap for it. Bed was terrible and very uncomfortable. Lift was very small and slow. Would not recommend for long stays.

• Eleanor (8/5): Comfortable Stay - We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation, the bed was comfortable. With the kitchen, bathroom and lounge area all clean and comfy. We arrived a little bit earlier then scheduled and they kindly cleaned the apartment for us ahead of schedule. The door to unlock the apartment was a little tricky to use but was managed
• Moazzam (7/5): overall stay was fine. not very good and not very bad. - location was great. 1- extra amounts to be paid at the time of check-in. host is advised to assist the guests comfortably. 2- there was no air conditioner in room. in case of humid and warm temperatures, living seems difficult.

• Patricia (5/5): Passable - The apartament was very close to the train station and bus station. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. The apartament was not completely clean. There was a lot of dirty especially on the floor, full of dust and we had to wear our shoes all the time because there were no slippers provided. We were not allowed to turn the heat on because of some regulations, but there was no other heat source provided such as an electric heater or at least some blankets knowing we cannot modify the temperature in the apartment. A lot of noise coming from the neighbors during the night.

• Gabriela (5/5): Passable - The location, near of all the transportation, near restaurants, supermarket and stores. No toilet paper. The shower was dirty so the water never leaves. The last day and after several complaints they came to fix it. No soap for the dishes and one all in one little bottle (shampoo and soap) just enough to take one shower.

• Joren (7/5): Good - The apartment is modern and well equipped. It is close to the railway station and in walking distance from restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc. The bed is comfy and it was quiet at night.They provided shower gel and coffee pods when we picked up the keys, which was nice. There was hair in the shower, a sink that didn't drain, and a coffee maker with old, used pods in it. There was no dishwasher liquid or anything to clean the dishes.
