- Mary (7/5): Staff is friendly but the place is not very good - Staff is friendly, allow me to check-in earlier abit. Good location. Aircon is very loud even in quiet mode. Water dispenser not easy to use. One of the light was spoiled, the wall pain has crack. Shower head is small, kind of old type. As u need to pay deposit first, so make sure check everything once u arrived and text them.

We stayed in Unit 18-07 and were appalled the moment we walked in. The reality is far from what’s advertised. > Mould-covered showers and cabinetry > Stained bedsheets, including what appeared to be blood on the shower curtain and toilet seat > Broken appliances > Sagging, horribly uncomfortable beds It was filthy, neglected, and completely unacceptable. We weren't expecting 5-star luxury, but we did expect basic hygiene and functioning facilities. Clearly, this agency cherry-picks the best-looking units for their online gallery, while the rest - like the one we stayed in - are in disgusting condition. The location might seem decent on paper, but try getting out of the area during rain or peak hours — it’s an absolute traffic nightmare with gridlock for hours. When I raised these serious concerns, the response? “Do you want us to send the cleaners?” A mop won’t fix mould, blood stains, or broken appliances. It was clear there is no sense of responsibility, no accountability, and absolutely no care for guests. This agency is running a bait-and-switch. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT BOOK. DO NOT BE FOOLED. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Both which i personally think are over-priced especially during sch holidays. 2. Simple, well equipped AirBnb. 3. The condo facilities is actually pretty decent 4. It’s a short 10min walk (not sheltered) to MidValley. But its easy 5. Not sure why people complain bout the car park. I thought the entire condo was very safe. And there were loads of parking spaces, although the host’s lot was on the 5th floor. 6. Considering it’s the Hari Raya (long wkend for some SG), the lifts were easy to get. Had bad experience with other Airbnb locations before. Thus i appreciate lifts that are always available. 7. Great view of Johor. The unit was on 19th floor. 1. Would like to suggest the host to have a simple rack / tray for the bath room amenities at the shower area. It’s a simple cheap fix that would help a lot. 2. Go easy on the room deodoriser. It smells nice, but bit overpowering. And I can’t find the source of it.

Master bedroom wasn't fully sound proof so could still hear the traffic at night. The entrance to the apartment was confusing - we went a few rounds at the mall side so some directions would be great. If amenities like drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste were provided it would have been perfect. But these were very minor inconveniences and did not take away from the comfort and convenience of this stay.

The sliding doors of the wardrobes were heavy and not easy to move, maybe the grease has dried up. The dining chairs can be given a chair sock so that it doesnt produce the screeching sound when dragged.

Toilet needs to upkeep as the shower hose in the common toilet is leaking. Roller blinds in the master bedroom is tearing off and needs proper and deep cleaning to maintain the hygiene. Fan is the living room is faulty and generating noise after turn on. Facilities in the game room needs to maintain. Table soccer is spoilt and not maintained

- Kok (6/5): Nice homestay place - location is near mid valley, about 5-10min of walking. unit was very spacious, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 separate toilets. Comes with kitchen and washing machine as well. TV box has to be used to watch TV, unfortunately, mine was not working very well. Quite confusing when collecting the keys but owner is always on hand to help. As unit is on the high floor, the lifts are quite full most of the time.

TV was useless, turned on but couldn't connect to anything. bed quilt was moldy. bedroom skirting was moldy. bathtub had old pubic hair. we've stayed at other apartments at mosaic before, with the best experiences, at least the place was clean. this apartment was cheaper, and what you pay for, is what you get.

- Tony (8/5): Very good - The high floor view of JB city skyline. The apartment was spacious and TV and wifi were in gd condition. The aircon can be quite cold as it is placed directly in front of yr bed. Parking is provided but as it's on the 5th floor, you will need to make your way up slowly.

We arrived when it was monsoon raining. The road to the apartment was terribly jammed up, I think some road ahead was flooded. 1 km took us almost 1hr to reach. Host was patience in giving us direction though which we were thankful as it was a last minute decision that we want to stay overnight in JB. There was no hook to hang clothes in the toilet. The master bedroom toilet has 2 shower system. The rain shower has no heater. If you need more than one pillow, you need to bring your own. And if you are particular about bath towel, suggest your bring your own.
