• Carolyn (9/5): A well-located property for an extended weekend in Melbourne. - The location of this property was excellent. We were in Melbourne for ANZAC Day services, two games of footy & catch-ups with friends & we were able to walk everywhere or jump on a tram to do so. We parked our car at the property, in secure parking, on Fri night & didn't use it until we left on Mon....free parking too. We also liked the facilities at the property. Whilst we didn't meet him, Rob was an exceptional host - thank you! n/a

• Jean Wei (9/5): - Location is great and owner was super responsive to our queries !! The apartment is quiet yet close proximity to everywhere in the city. Free tram line right in front of apartment building. Owner was flexible to our request of early check in on the day of our arrival and late check out. The only issue was the drainage issue in the shower area where water chocked and backflowed, which ended up half of the bathroom getting wet every time someone took shower.

• Martina (9/5): Great location Highly recommend - Central location to Melb CBD, Fed Square. Tram stop in free zone right out front. Cozy but a great home base for your stay. Space is compact but still big enough for four people. Maybe less items in cupboards so you can store suitcases as not much floor area in each room when you have four suitcases.

The host was very helpful all the way through. I had a problem with the dryer which the host helped us with immediately. He was so responsive and happy to help.

Hij stuurt alle info toe voor het in en uitchecken, tips over de omgeving niets is hem teveel. Het appartement is volledig ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ligt super centraal en supermarkt om de hoek en diverse restaurants en koffietentjes. Wifi perfect. Niet luidruchtig. Je kunt zelfs nog naar het dakterras waar stoeltjes staan. Heerlijk zitten met je ontbijt of bakkie koffie. Mooi uitzicht op de gebouwen. Niks

I appreciate that the instructions of the check-in & check-out information given by Rob was clear and detailed. The apartment was clean but could be better maintained especially the coffee machine (in need of deep proper cleaning). I know it's winter but the indoor plants require some TLC!

• Pia (8/5): Overall a neat and modern apartment with a great location to stay in the city - Modern two bedroom apartment, contained all the things needed for a stay in Melbourne city. There’s an IGA supermarket just a few metres up the road so you can buy groceries. The location is very convenient to Flinders St station. We took a while to find the toilet paper - it’s in the bathroom cabinet. There was no kitchen paper or a kitchen brush supplied for washing up. The second bedroom has a very squeaky glass door which lets light through

Rob’s communication was very helpful and timely. It was an ideal base for us; the MCG, theatre, Aquarium etc are all close by. An IGA is just up the road and the apartments back onto Flinders Lane, so lots of dinner options! We will happily stay again.

• Kim (10/5): Exploring Melbourne as a Family - Right in the heart of the City, the location was extremely convenient to explore all Melbourne had to offer on foot or by public transport. With a tram stop at the door and Flinders Street Railway station a short walk away, we had no trouble exploring the immediate surrounds and the outer Melbourne suburbs, including the beautiful St Kilda beach. We had a car and the free, secure parking was perfect for our needs and access out of the city to further destinations like Phillip Island and Sovereign Hill. Rob the host made our stay extremely easy, with his thorough communication from the time of check in until the time of departure. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 girls (aged 12 and 14yrs) and found the accomodation to be suitable to our needs. The kitchen was sufficient to cook all our evening meals in and most importantly the shower was hot and beds comfortable. A perfect Melbourne holiday.

A bit dark and we kept hitting our legs on the corners of the beds! But no probs :)

The apartment was very cool and central to trams, galleries, shopping, bars, eateries etc Not the fault of the owner but a neighbour's music was loud at different times of the day. • Natoishka (9/5): Superb - Great location for concerts at the Forum or Music Bowl. Well stocked apartment, most amenities thought of and provided. It felt like a home, with comfortable and quirky furnishings. Beds were comfortable, air-conditioner efficient, TV had logged-in streaming services, plenty of plates, cutlery, cups. Clothes washing machine had a dryer function, wash powder provided. Rooftop access for a great view. Quiet when windows/balcony doors closed. Very handy to have car park space included in booking. Phone coverage was patchy, so need to connect to wi-fi for calls. Radio also unable to get signal, so need to use Bluetooth connection. Dining chair not comfortable for remote working all day. No window for second bedroom.
