• Teresa (5/5): Location was good. But the apartment was not furnished adequately. I’d book through hotel next time. - Good location. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen had very limited items. No blankets anywhere in apartment and no extra pillows. Towels were very thin and small. Towel rack in bathroom kept falling off so we couldn’t use it. Couch was more like an arm chair. It was comfortable but very small and you couldn’t lie on it. No tv in bedroom

• Kellie (5/5): The apartment size, amenities and location perfect… the cleanliness let it down. - The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The apartment was very dirty, and I would never stay again. It felt grotty. The owners were notified and I sent photos but no response from them! Plus the smoke alarm was hanging open with no batteries which I’d think would be against the law! See photos below.

• Zafreen (4/5): Basic if that’s what you are looking for but for me I was incredibly disappointed - Location was convenient for Woolworths near by and access for drop off/pick up for Uber /taxi. Walking distance to crown metropolitan The property was not as advertised, it is an Airbnb and access to the listed amenities is that of the hotel. It’s not a private pool it’s shared. The property had dirty clothing under the bed and when brought to attention of the owners- I received a 7% discount for my stay. Air conditioner made a concerning noice and couldn’t be on whilst in the property. Also only 1 toilet paper roll for 5+ day stay and not other simple items like tissues.
• Cristina (8/5): Nice apartment with all amenities needed to stay, 19th floor with great views and balcony - Had everything I needed contained in the apartment and close to work events to and from and supermarkets near by. Unable to get assistance from hotel concierge as property is privately owned. Which I get but in some circumstances they should still be liable to help those who are still within the same complex and not be dismissed. However dealing with the owners of the property directly who were on call helped when I needed assistance.
