- Henrique (7/5): - Os aquecedores realmente funcionam Do banheiro
- Nijamul (8/5): Good value - Tidy spacious No light on stairs.
- Janette (9/5): Enjoyable & comfortable stay - It was in a very good position. Close to restaurants & shops.
The flat was spacious and well laid out.
Comfortable & warm.
- Bartosz (1/5): Worst experience with accommodation to date. Nightmare. - N/A It was dilapidated and uninhabitable - it was by far the worst experience of this kind I have ever had.
very different state than advertised on Booking.com. None of the furniture was fully functional, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable - the surfaces were sticky, the condition of the bathroom was terrible. Floor in each area was uneven and sank. I have my right foot slightly disabled and I found it hard to walk. Bed was so deformed that it was impossible to find a spot where I could sleep on my back, even sofa was hard to use. But I was recovering from illness and after arrival I had no energy to seek alternative.
The conditions of the flat was further multiplied by the lack of any cooling aid or protection from sun, whilst all single glazing, metallic and very outdated Georgian windows, facing north, created greenhouse effect rising the temperature inside to unbearable levels. The only way to stop that effect were flimsy roll up banners. These reduced the amount of sun but darkened interior and while the windows had to be open. The rollers were constantly bouncing off then windows giving 24 hours noises.
The only other way to offset the heath was to open the only window on the south in the kitchen, but this was unbearable because the window was directly above the fish restaurant extractor outlets, so the smell on the flat floor was terrible.
- Petra (6/5): - location a few minutes walk from Soho the apartment is more suitable for 2 adults than for a family of 4.
there wasn't much space
- Karl (4/5): Great location for people who don’t care so much about the facility. - Location, owner tried to be responsive It is unsafe. No handrails on the narrow stairs, floors unlevel, ad is deceiving by referring to home when it is really an apartment?toiletries were used, recommend this unit for people who can sleep through noise. Mold in toilet.
- Leila (5/5): it wasn't very bad experience but i dont try this again.there are better choices in that area. - the location was pleasant, walking distance from city center. access to metro is good. the space is very small for a 4 person family. the sofa bed in living room is not good at all; when you open it to make it as a bed, it doesn't have a flat surface and your head part has slope. the floor of apartment is not flat, and the worse thing is you can count every step of upper storey guests, and if they decide to be active or if they have child who like to play and run, you can't sleep. as a summary it doesn't worth that money, you can rent a better space in the neighberhood with same price.
- Turkovic (7/5): Good - Great location! It is difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower and the water almost does not drain in the shower.
The soundproofing is terrible, every step of the neighbors from the apartment above can be heard as if they were in the room.
- Gurun (10/5): Great value on cost - It was very central. Walking distance to every major location The owner was exetremly helpful.
- Ben (8/5): Great location and nice apartment for a short stay in London - Location was great, plenty of food options nearby and Regent's Park just around the corner for jogging. Well kept apartment with everything you could need. Entrance hall was very narrow with a timed light that only stays on for just enough time to climb up one floor, making it almost impossible to enter the door code without a torch.
Wifi quality was good, but bandwidth of the Internet connection was not great.
- Saad (4/5): Disappointing -
- Johenn (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Nice and quite place with easy assess to all popular sites. Clean and tidy.
- Emily (7/5): Good - Location and value for money were the selling points. 20 mins walk from Soho and shops, cafes, restaurants locally. Having a living room, kitchen and bedroom made things easier with our child. Thin windows, we had them open as it was hot so a little noise from the street but nothing wild. I can imagine it being chilly in Winter as the windows are so thin.
The bed wasn't super comfortable and the sofa bed was hard to sleep on with lots of lumps.
- Visted (6/5): Super location for this flat with an ok, not so modern standard. - Nice central location. Easy access to the apartment. Quick reply from the owner to our questions. Beds comfortely enough for our standard, and cleanness also OK. Relatively quiet area. No air conditioner. No code to the wi-fi. No dish washer. No cutting tray. A little disorganised environement as a total impression of the flat.
- Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - Great location
Clean
Well equipped
Good size
Exactly as pictures Only negative is it's a little noisy from flat above
- Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, near to bus and metro stations, communication to top attractions in London. Quite road. Old British style appartment.
- Josie (5/5): it was perfect location for a wedding we were at. we literally arrived got changed , went to the wedding came back slept - the location was perfect the last step of the stairs the carpet is coming away was concerned about tripping.
there was a very strong cooking smell and the mildew in the shower put me off using it
- Alan (7/5): Ok - Great location nice little place Empty water bottle behind the toilet, used tissues on and in the wardrobe which I binned myself. Shower kept going cold and the tv connection to Wi-Fi was intermittent - but noisy upstairs and outside too for work travel/ people who want sleep- small changes would make the place great
- Nuno (8/5): Very nice apartment with a premium location! -
- Sarah (6/5): Stay was good, almost perfect for our needs. With a little more TLC this flat could be brilliant. - We liked the location, the ease of entry, the comfort. The sheets and two towels were of good quality. The responsiveness of the host prior to arrival was helpful. The kitchen appliances were clean and worked well. Bathroom ceiling is stained and needs decorating. There were only two towels. A hand towel for the bathroom and kitchen and a tea towel for the kitchen would have been good. There is no bedside table or light in the bedroom. Although there were only two of us, a couple more mugs would have been appreciated and a little more cutlery.
Hand rail on the stairs would making going upstairs with heavy bags safer.
- Dawn (7/5): Enjoyable stay in a perfect area of central london - Great location in central london, close to amenities . Flat a little run down in places, esp the bathroom. Not enough cups for 4 people, no tea towel provided or coffee or sugar. However it was a perfect location.
- Brooke (7/5): Good, basic base for central London - Great location, clean property and helpful (responsive) host. Comfy bed! The property itself was very clean but the shared hallway could do with a bit of a vacuum. A bathroom and bedroom bin would be good, rather than just one in the kitchen. The bathroom window backs onto a fast food restaurant so smelt of cooking, but not a lot can be done about that in Central London!
- J. (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor mess outside the entrance
- Marion (8/5): Good - The property is centrally located and we were able to locate everything hassle free can do with a-bit of cleaning at the entrance
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jolanta (8/5): Very good - Perfect location ! Noise from the bar, but this is a price of the location
- Samantha (8/5): Fab place, especially location - Excellent place, very easy to find & access Oxford Street & the Dominion Theatre so location absolutely perfect & excellent value for money. Towels, hairdryer tea/coffee/sugar provided - the bits that you need bit forget to take! Was worried with the weather being -1 at night but duvet provided was actually very toasty! Only needed heater on low to keep warm in morning. Only downside my partner pointed out was residents above were noisy & people making noise outside up until about 4am - unfortunately it's Central London so that's only to be expected but I had my earplugs in & didn't get disturbed at all! 😁
