• Anthony (9/5): Lovely home and location. Very minor adjustments to make it the perfect holiday home for a family - The house was lovely. Such a welcoming space, almost a home away from home. The decor was very beautiful and it was ideal for our needs. I would certainly stay there again. The only slight downsides were the noise when people walked around upstairs. The floor was very creaky. Also in the summer the house got really warm and the only method of cooling was some little mini AC machines like what people use on their desks in offices. If the hosts were to provide something better to cool the rooms down during the summer and fix down the floorboards upstairs and maybe even carpet it then the house would be absolutely perfect.

• Miralem (6/5): - Das Haus verfügt über viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, mit hoher Geschwindigkeit. So ist es sehr laut auch spät bis in die Nacht. Die Fenster sind nicht besonders Schalldicht. Wenn man diesen Lärm nicht gewohnt ist ist es sehr schwierig zur Ruhe zur kommen. Der Boden im oberen Stockwerk aus Holz ist sehr laut man überhört nicht die Schritte.

• Johannes (8/5): Huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. - Mooi en netjes huis met alle faciliteiten voor je verblijf. Drukke weg naast het huis, wekker is niet nodig.
• Estelle (10/5): - Nous avions loué le logement après notre mariage qui se déroulait tout près et tout était parfait ! Nous avons même eu droit à de l'eau fraîche au frigo et à un petit panneau de félicitations pour notre mariage !

• Oddur (10/5): - Very spacious and comfortable, very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a perfect base from which to explore Belgium on day tours.
• John (9/5): Superb - Good access to Waterloo and rail link to Brussels. Plenty of space and facilities were ideal.along with a very helpful host, Mel. Road a bit noisy but otherwise fine.
• Matthias (9/5): Superb - Clean and lovely house. Central in Brabant, near a station. Can do barbecue. Well furnished with cooking gear. Isnt in the most exciting town if thats what you are looking for

It’s not too far from Brussels, in the beautiful countryside, very quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants in Waterloo. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and Mel is a great host. Perfect vacation! Nothing

• Pierre (9/5): Ecellent stay, would stay at la Maison de Mel again. - Very nice house, well decorated and comfortable, very nice facilities. all we needed was available. I would definitly recommend la maison de Mel. The host Melissa was very responsive and helpful. Sometimes a bit noisy in the rooms facing the main road because of the traffic, but not a real issue.
