• IBRAHIM (9/5): The middle of south Johor. - Comfortable stay. Unit as it were shown. Nice unit. Friendly host. Nicer if the host provides a chair & coffee table at the balcony and extra toffee for the living area. It is a very nice environment where there are lots of shops, restaurants, laundry and even nearby Mall...it's so close to JB town and located in the middle of south Johor. The security is ok, but seems a bit lacking in communication between them with the implementation of their own system. The main gate for pedestrians is a bit cocky and you need to shake the gate to open it. I still believe that the unit main door keys system still needs to be looked at one should learn the trick to open it otherwise you might be spending hours to get in.

My initiative to buy broom to help clean. There are have hidden charge. Anything they want deduct ur money. For booking after add cleaning service add about rm100 and for check in they require u to bank in rm100 again. Refund take so long. Very not professional property management. Facility very far from ur home. And customer hv to find self. They management look like don’t know where the facilities.

• Alice (1/5): Nightmare! Filthy unit! Cockroaches Themed property! - ❌AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! ❌ The moment we opened the door, we were horrified to find cockroaches crawling on the floor—more than five right at the entrance! The entire house reeked of garbage or sewage, making it unbearable. We immediately tried to contact the person in charge, but they were completely unresponsive after collecting the RM100 deposit. I understand that my check-in was late (around 10pm), but that doesn’t justify the filthy condition of the place. I paid for a clean and restful stay, not a house infested with cockroaches—we ended up killing more than ten that night! To make matters worse, the bedsheet was stained, and one of the towels provided had a blood stain on it, which was absolutely disgusting. The sofa in the living room was also broken. Please don’t be fooled by the cute Kuromi-themed interior in the listing photos. It’s just a cover. When you actually need help, they will completely ignore your calls and messages. Avoid this place at all costs! NOTHING! Neither the property, nor the services! Everything is so bad! It was my worst stay ever!
