Latha (5/5): Great location and facilities. The apartment is tired looking and not cosy. - The lighting (white lights) doesn’t make the place look cosy. The decor could be better. Only 1 key card for a 2 bed place is not convenient
Andra (9/5): Spacious apartment with a fantastic pool 5 mins walk to KLCC - This is the perfect location to stay if in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine), a nice living room with a comfy couch and a large TV. The bathroom is clean and spacious, toiletries available. The bedroom is large, there is a big closet and the bed is very comfortable. There is another smaller room with a large bed which we did not use. The apartment is located in the Star complex, so you have access to all of the complex facilities: a fully equipped gym, a nice rooftop pool and the most amazing pool at the 7th floor. The pool was the highlight of our stay, we enjoyed is so much. The view from both the pool and our apartment was great (Petronas Towers right in front). The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to KLCC. Would definitively stay here again! The AC from the smaller room was leaking, but it was not such an issue, since we didn't use that room. Some instructions on how to dispose the garbage would be very useful.

Khayal (3/5): Scam - Location is perfect Got scammed by Indian guys who provided us with a room completely different from the one in the photos. They said that room was busy right now, so the only room they have is this new one, which has no view and a small window. It was late and we were tired, so we didn't argue much.

Michelle (2/5): Need better management to give customers a better experience - Location Checking took over an hour and despite telling the team in advance I had lots of luggage as travelling with baby dmso had luggage, pram, car seat, cot etc there was no trolley to help. My nanny and baby was taken to a room which was meant to be our room when I waited with the luggage for help but the room wasn’t cleaned, crisps and popcorn all over the floor. I then get taken to another room and nanny and baby aren’t there but they couldn’t tell me where they were. I then asked before how often room was cleaned they said everyday. I said I didn’t need it but would message when I did so they could come in as baby could be sleeping. On days I didn’t ask for cleaning which consisted of towel change and water they came in without any authorization and then when I asked for cleaning which I asked for sweeping of floor, bathroom cleaned and clean towels it never got done. In a 6night stay I got done once. The final straw was telling them at arrival on my departure I would be leaving at 7am was this an issue and how to get help with my luggage. They said no problem I will have 3men there and then I couldn’t get my deposit returned. I On morning of departure 7am came and went, 7.30am came and went and 8am we eventually left after I had to do all the luggage in my own and my deposit wasn’t returned as no one came to take back the property as promised. I tried call and message on the morning and no response and even reminded them the day before. It’s a shame this experience as otherwise it would have been perfect.

We also really appreciate how responsive and helpful the agents are; they’re always just a quick WhatsApp message away. Overall, it was another fantastic stay. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend it to others!

Alfiia (1/5): Terrible experience overall. On top of that, it’s not safe for your belongings, since the ring I left there was stolen - Nice lobby on the ground floor , that’s it. Also, the swimming pool on top floor is a joke Apart from the strange smell in a bathroom and a leaking AC, the check in process was really weird. Had to wait for 15 mins for a guy to go downstairs to check me in. And all the information was not provided beforehand. So after going to the apt, I had to go downstairs again for a WiFi upgrade because they don’t even tell you the WiFi password unless you ask yourself, there’s no info given in the apt. BUT the worst thing is that they will keep your belongings if you forget them after checking out and will lie to your face. I forgot my golden ring there, the ring was left in a very visible place. I asked the manager to look for it and return the ring, but they said they found nothing, which is a complete lie.
Bono (9/5): Perfect location, great apartment and nice workers. - Perfect location with an amazing view on petrona towers and calm rooftop pool. Big room with nice living room and ac. Included fully equiped kitchen with washer. What is important to note is that it’s a residence building and that there therefore is no regular check in or cleaning like you might be used to in a hotel. The checkin was a bit confusing because we weren’t aware but the guys took great care of it and were very helpful.

Just a short 5 minute walk to Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC shopping centre, and directly next door to a good supermarket. Omar and Mohammed went out of their way to help us with checkin and make sure the property was to our satisfaction. They are splendid, and the property is excellent and very well equipped. The facilities were incredible, especially the outdoor pool on the 6th floor. Felt like we were on a resort! Very good value and excellent service. This is a gem within Kuala Lumpur.

If there were issues he answered the whatsapp very fast. Parking of the car was kind of a issue.

One of the highlights was the breathtaking infinity pool on the 69th floor, offering stunning panoramic views that truly left me in awe. Additionally, the gym, pool, and other amenities on the 6th floor added to the experience, making my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.

Ivelina (10/5): Nice apartment in a great area! - Our stay at this apartment was great. We were located on the 51st floor which gave us fantastic views of the city. It's spacious and perfect for a couple. The location is also ideal, only about 5 min walk to PETRONAS and Suria Mall. I would definitely recommend it! Just as a suggestion for the property manager, I'd say to provide more equipment for the kitchen. Even if most people prefer to go out for food, it's still an apartment so it should be fully equipped. Also, provide some coffee and tea for guests as most places do. This is a nice gesture, doesn't cost much and makes guests happy. Other than that, it's just amazing!
Rafidah (10/5): The Best Residence - The residence have 3 pools. 1 big pool and another 2 Skypool with nice view, but the Skypool is smaller. The Jakuzzi is superb. The room and all the facilities are clean and in good conditions. The location is very near to KLCC, just a walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. So difficult to find the designated parking coz they only provide basement and box parking number. Would like to strongly suggest to inform the pillar number together with the basement and box parking number to customer.

But as we were all adults, we were only given originally two keys. we requested 4 but only given another, which restricted everyone plans to do their own thing !! The apartment was tired in décor and dirty doors and walls finger marks etc. floors not moped and sticky under foot. The hop didn't work. the main ensuite smelt sour and could of done with a deep clean

Jane (6/5): A great location but the experience with the host tarnished the stay. - The location was excellent as it was close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang, the host was there to meet us when we arrived and the parking was fairly easy and clear. Once we were in the apartment that we actually booked, we were pleased with the size, comfort and view. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was strong. We arrived at the apartment building and the host was there to meet us. We were given the key card and parked our car. We then made the payment and was told the location of our apartment - so far so good! Then...when getting into the apartment (which we had booked 4 months previously), I noticed that there was not a view as promised and more alarmingly, there was only one bathroom. We had booked and paid for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I immediately messaged the host and he replied "Yes mam, one bathroom". I then proceeded to explain that I had booked 2 bathrooms as we needed 2 bathrooms for our party and I sent a copy of our confirmation. The host then replied "Ma'am please manage these bedrooms for us". I replied again that I had to move to an apartment with 2 bathrooms. He then replied "two bathrooms not possible". I then asked for a refund. His next message was "Now you check booking.com, don't have room." I then repeated that I had booked months ago so I would need a refund. The host finally said he would move us. We were moved to the apartment featured in the photos on our booking. This interaction was very stressful and upsetting as my husband is in a wheelchair and it was lots of unnecessary moving. Other issues with the apartments were: - Very sparse table and kitchenware, which impacted our Christmas dinner preparation and consumption - ridiculously, there was only one table knife! - There was no hairdryer. I complained about this and one was delivered on the evening of our second day. - The fuse had tripped on the hot water and when I reported no hot water on the first morning, the reply was "turn on the switch" I would definitely stay in these apartments again but not with this host.
