• Júlia (7/5): Buena ubicación y personal muy atento - La ubicación, está en pleno centro y llegas al puente de Carlos en 15 minutos. También tienes paradas de metro y tranvía cerca. La comunicación con los dueños es muy buena y eficaz, tuvimos un problema con la calefacción que no funcionaba y se preocupó de arreglarla y hacer nuestra estancia más cómoda. Le falta renovación y una mejor limpieza. El horno estaba sucio y la sartén que hay ya no tiene adherencia prácticamente. Algunos pomos de las puertas están rotos y se caen al usarlos. Si la calefacción no funciona, hace mucho frío incluso en abril.

• Klaudia (1/5): Zmarnowane pieniądze. Trauma . - ZDECYDOWANIE ODRADZAM. POBYT NIEBEZPIECZNY I NIEZGODNY Z OFERTĄ. Apartament nie spełniał podstawowych warunków pobytu. W środku panował dotkliwy chłód (ok. 17°C) mimo okresu zimowego. Brak sprawnego ogrzewania skutkował wyziębieniem i pogorszeniem stanu zdrowia, przez co pobyt był w praktyce zmarnowany. Interwencje zgłaszane już pierwszej nocy nie przyniosły realnej poprawy. Zamiast rozwiązania problemu, zaproponowano małą farelkę, która ogrzewała wyłącznie jedno pomieszczenie, a przechodzenie do łazienki czy kuchni powodowało kolejne wychłodzenie. Najbardziej niepokojące było jednak to, że pracownik obiektu wszedł do apartamentu PODCZAS NASZEGO SNU, bez naszej wiedzy i zgody, co całkowicie naruszyło poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Dodatkowo właściciel przekazywał nieprawdziwe informacje obsłudze Booking.com, twierdząc, że temperatura w apartamencie wynosi 23°C, podczas gdy faktycznie była znacznie niższa (posiadam dokumentację). Niestety, mimo zgłoszeń w trakcie trwania pobytu, Booking.com w praktyce nie zapewnił realnej ochrony gościa, ograniczając się do symbolicznej rekompensaty i przerzucenia odpowiedzialności na obiekt. W przypadku poważnych problemów gość zostaje z tym sam. To był jeden z najgorszych pobytów, jakich doświadczyłam. Jeśli cenicie ciepło, bezpieczeństwo i realne wsparcie w razie problemów — omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem.

• Denise (9/5): SUPER AMPLIO Y CENTRICO - La ubicación es bastante buena muy céntrico y muy accesible el departamento Super amplio más de lo que aparece en las imágenes. Cuenta con todos los servicios. Está muy bien iluminado, está bastante limpio Denise absolutamente todo lo que necesitas. Hay que subir cuatro pisos ya que no cuentan con elevador y esto es bastante pesado. Además, en mi caso, tuvimos una confusión y entregaron las llaves incorrectas, así que durante mi estancia había otros huéspedes con las mismas llaves del departamento. Esto creó un poco de disgusto y temor, pero la persona a cargo respondió rápidamente, se disculpó por lo sucedido podemos hacer el cambio de llaves sin mayor problema.
• Mario (9/5): Big apartment and great location - Big apartment well equipped and great location. Kitchen with delicious coffe and all stuff needed. Stairs are difficult because apartment is in the 4th floor. Not recommend if you have a lot of luggage or old people.

• Sharon (7/5): Love Prague, beautiful city- ok apartment. - The location was good with an easy walk to may of the great places of interest in the Old and New Town areas. Apartment had all the essentials for a week’s stay. There is no lift and the apartment is on the fourth floor (95) steps - exhausting and very difficult with luggage. There is no air conditioning which, in old buildings is understandable but the inclusion of a couple of fans would be appreciated. Would not recommend for older or anyone with any mobility issues.

• Nicole (9/5): Comfortable apartment, centrally located in Prague! - Centrally located near the train station, shops, squares, Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, etc. Spacious and quiet on the top floor. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator and we didn’t get any help to bring our suitcases up. (We were traveling for 2 weeks, so we had big suitcases.) My friend injured her back. The bed in the second bedroom was not made, there was no sheets, etc. I had to negotiate to get them. Why rent 2 bedrooms if you need 1 bed? 2 towels for 5 days, no hand towel in kitchen. The cleaning lady brought some. We’ve been renting 2 bedroom apartments and never had that problem. Usually the 2 rooms have everything for 4 persons even if there are only 2.
