Puffke (5/5): Für nur übernachten reicht die Unterkunft aus - Mit der SBahn gut erreichbar das Zentrum...gut fanden wir: wer länger da ist hat die Möglichkeit zu waschen...für nur schlafen reicht es aus. Wohnung war sporadisch eingerichtet und nicht unbedingt sauber...Küche relativ dreckig
DAVID (9/5): Excellente surprise pour ce grand appartement au très bon rapport qualité - prix - Appartement très spacieux et hôte disponible lorsque sollicité. Logement très bien équipé et parking facile. Quartier calme. Excellent rapport qualité - prix. Quelques petits défauts d'installation mais rien de grave. 3ème étage mais escaliers larges et faciles à monter.
MoneZe (6/5): Sauber, freundlich und ruhige Lage - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Es war schön ruhig, man kann dort gut mit dem Hund spazieren. Ausserdem lag es günstig für unsere Pläne in Leipzig. Das Apartment war im 3. Stock bei Hochpaterre, also schon fast der 4. Stock. Das war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Ausserdem wurde eine Badewanne angegeben, diese ist auch da, aber es gibt keinen Verschluss, so dass ein Bad nicht möglich ist. Der Backofen funktioniert, stinkt aber beim vorheizen die ganze Wohnung voll. Und es war kalt und hat wirklich lange gedauert (über 24h), bis die Wohnung warm war. Für den Preis hätte ich zumindest erwartet, dass es ausreichend warm ist und alles so funktioniert, wie es soll.
