• Oksana (1/5): Притон, двери открываются при любом наборе цифр на двери, по факту, любой может открыть вашу дверь!!! - Ничего положительного нет!!!!! Притон!!!! Начнем с общения с владельцем, его нет, пишет бот! Дали не тот номер, который бронировали , окно не открывается, батареи огненные в мае!!! Духота, и АД в номере. Каждый день писала хозяину, чтобы поменяли на номер с окном для проветривания, ноль!!!!! Просили каждый день выключить хотя бы отопление, реакции 0!!!!! Просто Ад был , а не прибывание!!! По факту это притон, приходили странные люди со странным поведение, запах травы везде, курят прямо в этой ночлежке, и самое главное!!! Двери в комнату и в хостел открываются от любого сочетания цифр!!! Подумайте хорошо, прежде, чем бронировать эту контору . Хозяин никак не реагировал на просьбы, вместо него писал бот стандартные фразы!!!! Позор!!!!!

• Vladimir (7/5): - Location is excellent. Self check-in also comfortable, as you can come and check-in anytime. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was clean. Our 2 rooms did not have any windows, nor ventilation installed. I am sure there are more rooms like this in this porperty. It was pretty hot inside and no fresh air. We had to open the door from time to time to let some air in, but it was not nearly enough. For that reason, would not recommend to anyone travelling after the end of April. In summer it must be so hot inside... Other than that, it was pretty clean (actually I guess it can not be better in a property that relies on guests themselves to keep it clean). Every morning a cleaning lady came to clean so it was pretty good.
• Jonathan (1/5): Had to leave early, there is no way of sleeping in that place, would have preferred a park bench - Nothing Room was like a sauna even though it was not even hot outside. Aircon was clogged full of mould and the hygiene of the whole place was horrible. Most of the interior was broken in some ways or another
• Bartholomeus (5/5): - Prijs is aantrekkelijk, dat is het dan ook wel weer. Kapot laminaat, vlekken op de bank, sanitair matig schoon. Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt denk ik. Als je in Wenen bent voor een romantisch weekend zou ik deze overslaan. Als je alleen een betaalbare slaapplek nodig hebt dan is het net te doen. Als je hier met 4 op een kamer wil slapen moet je elkaar wel echt lief vinden. Geen luxe.

• Sebahattin (6/5): - An sich sehr gut bett war sehr bequem die erreichbarkeit war gut Man könnte einen zweiten vorhang auf hängen da die zimmer zumindest meins direkt an einen Durchgang war und jedesmal das licht im Durchgang an ging wenn jemand rein oder raus ging mit nur einen vorhang leider schwer zu ertragem da das ganze Zimmer selbst komplett hell wird in der nacht schon nervig

• Bel (8/5): Wien Rooms by home 2 - wae alles sauber, zu viel WC, Douche haben Die Zimmer Nummer 14 war sehr warm , kann man nicht die ganze Fenster aufmachen. Es gibt kein Rollo, um das Licht im Zimmer zu reduzieren.

• Zoli (3/5): - To be honest not much.. When we arrived at our room, the bed had freshly washed sheets, but there was a lot of hair on them. Thankfully, there was a Hungarian woman who was very, very friendly and kind, and she helped us get new, completely clean sheets and made us feel better about the place. The photos on Booking didn’t match reality. It seems like the place has been ruined over time. The walls were dirty, and the floor and furniture were damaged. The bathroom was also dirty. During the shower, the water kept changing temperature. It would suddenly become very hot and then very cold, which made it very uncomfortable and time consuming. There were 17 rooms sharing only 4 bathrooms. At night, the other guests kept slamming the doors nonstop, and it was very noisy. I don’t recommend staying here, it’s better to spend a bit more on accommodation and fully enjoy your trip in Vienna. Its good if you only go to sleep there, otherwise dont choose here.
• Camila (9/5): muy bien - muy lindas las instalaciones y muy limpias. los baños amplios y comodos. la cocina muy completa con vajilla, microondas, horno, anafe, pava electrica, tostadora, etc. te dan toallas para usar. buena relacion precio calidad. hacia muchisimo calor en la habitacion y no se puede regular la temperatura. pero todo el resto perfecto.

• Robert (10/5): Would reccomend and stay here again. - Very nice, clean, and well kept room. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Host was accommodating and allowed for baggage storage before check in. The cleaning woman was very helpful and patient when I needed help finding my room. Room was very warm.

• Savinien (2/5): Aucun plaisir dans cet appartement à éviter - Franchement dur de trouver du positif ... La proximité des transports et du château du Belvédère est un plus. La mauvaise insonorisation, qui se traduit par des nuisances vu le nombre de chambres (au moins une dizaine) dans cet appartement. Le très mauvais état de l'appartement : sol défoncé, chauffages de salle de bain inopérants, absence de rideaux occultants (contrairement aux photos -> mensonge !) ... La grande difficulté du personnel à conserver un établissement propre : une personne, gentille par ailleurs, vient tous les jours ver 10h pour nettoyer les parties communes (cuisine et sanitaires) et préparer les chambres pour les nouveaux arrivants mais ce n'est pas assez ! Enfin, la mauvaise éducation des occupants de l'appartement, qui laissent leur vaisselle trainer alors qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle, qui pissent littéralement à côté du toilette, marchent en chaussures sales dans la salle de bain, ... Bref l'appartement fonctionne trop en autonomie pour arriver à délivrer une prestation de qualité !

• BETUL (4/5): - The common areas weren't clean. Maybe it was the fault of the users, but overall I didn't like it. The biggest drawback was the lack of a separate sink. After using the toilet, you have to go to the sink inside the shower area, unless someone else is showering. It was usually unavailable, so we couldn't wash our hands or brush our teeth. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. This problem needs to be fixed.

• Enendu (4/5): Fürs schlafen reicht es. - Es gab Handtücher und einen kleinen Schminkbereich. Die Anbindung von der Unterkunft an Bus und Bahn ist sehr gut. Es gab keinen Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer. Keine Gardinen an den Fenstern, es war also sehr hell. Die Toiletten hatten keine Waschbecken und man musste immer in eine Dusche um sich die Hände zu waschen. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Unterkunft hat ein Ameisen Problem.
• Esly (5/5): Ok pour juste dormir - Le prix est correct pour la qualité, l'emplacement est super seulement 30 minutes à pieds du centre. Pour contre niveau hygiène c'est vraiment décevant. Il y avait vraiment un gros manque de propreté. Les pièces communes étaient très sales, avec de la vaisselle sale du matin au soir, nous n'avons vu personne faire le ménage, les poubelles étaient tous le temps remplies, les tables étaient salles. Les salles de bains étaient également sales, les éviers n'avaient pas l'air d'être nettoyé, le sol était également très sale.

It wasn’t really clean,it was really hot in there because the radiator was on max.It wasn’t sound proof,the room didn’t match photos really.The night stand was broken.The bed was falling apart.It had a big gap between the door and the wall.The walls dirty.It had bugs in the room and we found some maybe last visitors hair and lashes.

• Alexandru (5/5): Overrated - Price was ok for a separate room, good location, easy communication, the bathrooms were ok. The room was dirty, there was trash in the drawer and under mattress, the walls were dirty too, they definitely need a hand of paint. The other problem was the heat in the room, it was too hot (probably around 30 degrees) with the windows open and the radiator don't have a thermostat or something to adjust it. Was hard to asleep because of heat and noise from the street. Probably it's still a god option for those who aren't very pretentious, looking for budget and don't want to stay at the hostels.

• Sophie (4/5): Chic ist das sicher nicht - Das Check-in war sehr leicht und komfortabel. Die Lage war gut. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: In allen Bädern waren konstant Wasserlachen, in den Duschen war schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen, ebenso in den Fugen im Boden. Die Böden im Gemeinschaftsbereich waren an vielen Stellen komplett aufgerissen, sodass man den Unterboden sehen konnte. Generell war die Einrichtung sehr rudimentär, Fußleisten angestückelt und dreckig, Badschränke aufgequollen. Es gab im Zimmer nur zwei Schrauben in der Wand um eine Jacke aufzuhängen; das Zimmer war generell winzig. Die Heizung war sehr warm eingestellt und konnte nicht runtergeregelt werden. Auch war die Unterkunft extrem laut, ständig wurde gesaugt und die Wände waren so dünn, dass man seinen Nachbarn schnarchen hören konnte. Etwa um 3 Uhr nachts war zudem großer Lärm mit extremem Knallen, weshalb ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt habe.

Claramente nadie había limpiado desde la estancia de los huéspedes anteriores. Le escribí al alojamiento que me cambiaran las mantas y limpiaran la habitación. Esto fue a las 6 de la tarde. No tuve respuesta hasta casi las 10 de la noche. A esa hora me informan de que hay chinches en el hostal y que tengo que cancelar yo y buscarme un nuevo alojamiento. Intenté contactar con ellos pero no me respondieron hasta el día siguiente, después de que mis amigas y yo nos tuviéramos que buscar a última hora de la noche un alojamiento, lo que nos fue muy caro y complicado. Las condiciones higiénicas y sanitarias de este alojamiento son totalmente inadmisibles, y la atención al cliente nefasta. 0% recomendable. Sigo esperando el reembolso por parte del alojamiento.
