• Belinda (2/5): I have asked for an invoice 3 times and have not had any communication from the rental. Poor rating - I have asked for an invoice 3 times and have not had any reply or communication from the accommodation. So for me - that is why I have given the property a bad rating
• Donough (10/5): Great property to base yourself for a visit to London. Property has everything you need, very comfortable and well locat - Fantastic location, super easy connection to public transport and local cafes, restaurants and bars.
• Lysak (8/5): Fantastic location, well appointed and helpful staff - It was very quiet, private and close to amenities. It was fully equipped with appliances, nicely furnished and spacious. There was a problem with the washing machine which was promptly fixed. My bed was not comfortable as it was a spring mattress with a ridge down the middle. The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable.

• Adam (9/5): Great location in Belgravia, on a quiet street, with 2 local pubs a minute away - Directions to the location and key pick up were straight forward and easy to follow There is a little mustiness in the main bed - suggest a dehumidifier. The plastic threshold at the bottom of the shower door needs cleaning.

• Andra_1984 (8/5): Locatie buna si linistit - Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de Buckingham Palace si mijloace de transport in comun. La 5 min de mers pe jos se afla un supermarket foarte bine aprovizionat. Comunicarea cu managerul Reece si cu Hannah a fost facila. Apreciez faptul ca au rezolvat problema lenjeriei pentru canapeaua exentibila, chiar daca era destul de tarziu. Bucataria este dotata cu tot ce trebuie. Problema majora este mirosul de mucegai care nu dispare nici dupa ce camerele sunt aerisite. In rest, ar putea fi aduse mici imbunatatiri ca: schimbare capetelor de la dus, o mana de vopsea proaspata, butonul de la una din toalete fusese schimbat si a ramas o gaura de un deget (am uitat sa fac poza). La unul din WC-uri era o balta constanta. Ar fi util cate un sapun in cele 2 bai si ar trebui dotate ambele bai cu produse cosmetice, nu doar una.

Bed linen over used at the point they have turned yellow. Spider webs and threads on sitting room lamp shades No service at all ie cleaning or new clean towels... It s ashame as location is very good. Photos on booking .com were misleading

• Vanessa (9/5): Right in the middle of London. - Sensational spot. Very pretty apartment. Bathrooms were a little less sparkly than the rest of the apartment.
• Lubomir (8/5): Nice apartment - Very good address, everything is very close. The street is very quiet and clean. There is almost no sunn in the courtyard and the flat is not very fresh inside. Could be also cleaner.
• Angelina (9/5): An enjoyable family trip in a quiet neighborhood. - It’s in a quiet area and has enough space to move around. We enjoyed having private spaces and comfortable beds and furniture. The decorations were cute. It was a little far from public transportation. The showers were difficult to figure out at first. The door locks were a bit tricky to figure out as well.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Beautifully appointed in an outstanding location, responsive service - The mews home is beautifully appointed. We loved the very comfortable and high quality furnishings, beds, plenty of hot water and overall we felt very cosy. The location is outstanding, being between and very close to Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner stations and buses on Sloane Avenue. Issues we encountered were dealt with swiftly and professionally. We requested a later checkout which was partially given. We did have a few issues during our stay. The heating wasn’t working on arrival! We notified the agent who sent a technician and the matter was resolved within 2 hours. There was a power overload which impacted the PowerPoints, again was resolved promptly however post that we could not get the TV to connect with the network. We also reported a couple of other maintenance issues which could be resolved post checkout.

• Lorraine (9/5): Lovely apartment , set in a very quiet area - Lovely modern apartment , comfy bed and pleasant stay It was situated in a very quiet residential area and everything closes by 10pm. Would be nice if upon arrival there is a few welcome basics like tea, milk, individual wrapped biscuits. TV was difficult to operate and seemed to be set in another language and not many uk channels. Musty smell at times.
• Anne (8/5): A pleasant stay in a great part of London - We loved the location and the property was clean and attractively furnished. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable . We walked to Buckingham Palace and a concert at the Albert Hall.Many good restaurants in the area. Property was not well ventilated and a couple of light bulbs were broken. We had a frustrating hour before we gained admittance as we were given the wrong code for the key box and the office did not respond to calls.10 am exit was early! 12 would have been more helpful .

When we arrived, the accommodation was not ready or clean, and we had to wait outside for some time until it was prepared. The communication regarding the delay was unclear and frustrating. Once inside, we noticed the property had high humidity, making it feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed sheets were not perfectly clean, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would hesitate to stay here again.
