Sylwia (5/5): - Komunikacja z centrum miasta , blisko do metra. Bezobsługowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni, obsługa. Zgłosiłam awarię urządzenia która pojawiała się w poprzednich komentarzach. Osoba która się ze mną kontaktowała najpierw zapytała czy to teraz uległo uszkodzeniu. Gdy odesłałam ją do sekcji komentarzy zmieniła zdanie i powiedziała że zorganizuje nowe urządzenie ( toster) po paru dniach zapytałam kiedy mam się spodziewać dostawy dostałam informację że zamówienie jest w trakcie realizacji . W ciągu 8 dni nie udało się dowieźć . Nie podobało mi się że komunikacja była przez whatsapp zwłaszcza kiedy otrzymałam przed przyjazdem numer konta do opłaty dodatkowych kosztów. Przed opuszczeniem mieszkania ponownie dostałam informację że mam zrobić wpłatę mimo że kilka linijek wyżej Pani miała moje potwierdzenie. Więc albo totalnie nie ogarnia obsługi albo liczył że nie będę pamiętać.
Alexandra (7/5): Good - The apartment is spacious, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Self check-in was smooth and convenient. Nice extra touches in the kitchen like a dishwasher, coffee, salt, and sugar. The location is a bit far from the city center, but well connected by bus, metro, and tram. Good value for money, but a few issues to note: - Towels had a bad smell, probably not dried properly – we had to rewash them. - Toilet flushing was very loud, both in our apartment and from neighbors. In the second bedroom, the noise from the adjacent bathroom was quite disturbing, especially in the evenings and mornings. - No paper towels in the kitchen and no sanitary bin in the bathroom – small things, but would have been useful. - The toaster wasn’t working properly – it only worked if you kept the button pressed down manually.
