• Géraldine (9/5): Superbe appartement - Grand appartement avec beaucoup de charme, très bien situé près de la gare et très proche de tout, au calme absolu avec une vraie vie de quartier autour sans le flot de touristes. Très bien équipé, accueil charmant, bref nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Pas mal de moustiques mais comme partout sans doute en plein été, et une climatisation pas ultra efficace

• iris (8/5): Comfortable apartment in great location. Host could be better - Although the apartment is not new it was very clean and had everything that was needed. The location is great and the air conditioning was great (very important for the summer) and there was always hot water. We arrived to Venice by train which was delayed and so we arrived after 8 pm (which was the end of the check-in in window). Although we communicated the delay as soon as we knew about is, the host still charged us 40 Euro late check-in fee which is completely outrageous. One of the bathrooms includes a tub but no door-curtain, a good fit for kids maybe but not very convenient for adults.
• Wady (4/5): Disappointing - Location was OK. Air conditioning did not work. The apartment was full of mosquitos, even with close windows. We slept poorly due to heat and mosquito bites. The pictures in booking are not representative of reality. The apartment is a lot less nice than the picture makes you believe. The price is way too high given the value. I regret not staying in a hotel. It really ruined our trip a bit.
• Colin (9/5): Venice is a nice place once you figure out the water bus routes - Actually, my first impression of the property was gloomy as the pictures must have been taken in the summer when the property was fully lighted and very bright. After the dark and gloomy feeling, the amenities available in the property became more appreciated - washing machine with a dryer, a well equiped kitchen, clean apartment and a small window of the famous Venice grand canal waters. Location was good with the water bus stop close by, 7 minutes walk from the property. This allowed us to explore the whole of Venice conveniently and cheaply. The builing is old like all buildings in Venice but this property is very functional and has all you need to have a comfortable stay. A mini market, good restaurants and easy reach of the Grand canal makes it a place that I will come back to stay. However the Gondola near the apartment by the waterway next to the restaurant is a rip off. Its normal ride was quoted at 120 euros. But when I asked to be dropped off at Piazzale Roma after the ride, he increased the quote to 150 euros and all I got was a ride from my location at the restaurant to Piazzale Roma. No waterways ride tour.
• Feliks (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, peaceful place in the old part of the city. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic tenement house. Great view from the window. Everything you need is in the apartment. So you can cook without any problems. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

• Zsuzsanna (9/5): We had a fantastic stay in Venice, and this apartment was a big part of that. - The location was wonderful. It was lovely watching the boats on the grand canal as the sun came up. The building itself was also wonderful. The small room didn't have a door. The entry hall was also a bit if a squeeze, but I have no other complaints.
