Staff responded quickly whit any requests. We moved the snuggle chair from the bedroom as felt lounge area worked better in there with being 4 of us but moved it back to bedroom on departure

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation einfach und klar! Ich kann dieses Appartment nur Jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Alles TOP!

• Justas (10/5): Enjoyable stay in a modern apartment in the city center. - We appreciated that the apartment was modern, spacious, and clean, located just a few minutes from the city center. It was also very quiet and featured a nice private terrace. The host was friendly and very responsive, promptly answering messages within minutes, day or night. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the parking was spacious compared to other places in Malaga, which was especially beneficial for our large SUV. There were a few minor things that could be improved. For instance, having more toilet paper would have been helpful, so we wouldn't need to buy our own. Liquid soap would also be more convenient than bars. An extra hook for coats and jackets would be useful, as we had to hang them in the bedrooms, which have limited space for clothes. It's worth noting that there are quite a few steps to climb to enter the apartment. This wasn't an issue for us, but it could be challenging for individuals with mobility difficulties or for those using strollers.

• Monika (8/5): Great apartment with minor issues - Very modern and stylish apartment close to the city centre. Super comfy beds and pillows, slept as well as at home. Bedrooms have separate bathrooms, one has a shower and the other one bath near the bed. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. Property has a beautiful terrace with an outdoor shower and there is enough privacy. Overall the apartment was great, only a couple of things that we disliked, which I think can be easily improved. There was an unpleasant surprise with parking. I was not aware that parking needs to be reserved in advance and only found out that it won't be available on the day of the check-in. In the description it says that this property has a secure underground garage. However, it can be booked by other apartment guests on a first come first served basis. Malaga is super busy and free parking is really hard to find. I was recommended to park on the street, however we couldn't find any splace during all 6 days and had to pay for a secure parking nearby. It costed us €24 per day. It added up to €144, which I wasn't planning to spend. We also had an issue with the aircon in one of the bedrooms. Issue was reported to the administrator on the first day and I was advised that it will be fixed. A technician attended when we were out and I got a message saying that it was working fine and given instructions on how to use the aircon unit correctly. I thought that was funny as I even filmed a video showing that I was using the aircon on 'cold' setting and lowest temperature so this was not a 'user error'. The aircon was still blowing room temperature air and wasn't fixed. I reported the issue once again and nothing has been done. Luckily it wasn't too hot during our stay and we used a ceiling fan and opened up the windows. I have to point out that there was not enough toilet paper for 5 days, only 2 rolls in each bathrooms for 4 people. We ran out on the last day.

• Helen (6/5): Could have been great but stressful access arrangements. - The apartment was modern and very clean in a good location. We arrived at the apartment and the fob for the garage had not been left for us so we could not access the garage and had to wait for another occupant to open the door for us. The instructions to get into the apartment were incorrect and so we tried for over half an hour to get into our accommodation. Whilst the management company tried to help us, we solved it ourselves. Very frustrating when you have travelled a fair distance in hot weather and are due at a dinner event and arrived late. The key fob for the garage was located in another flat. When my husband went to test if it would work it didn't, so we called the management company again who assured us that it would work from inside the garage. They agreed to send someone out that evening to check if it worked and they didn't. We left at 8.00am the following morning to catch our flight and thankfully it did work. They sent us a message at 10.00am asking if we had opened the garage door, all a bit late as we were then at the airport. We would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and stress caused by the misinformation and initial lack of key fob for the garage.
