I live 2 blocks away so I cannot comment on how comfy the beds were or how easy it was to get the keys; I sent my nephew to get the keys while I picked up my brother and other nephew at the airport. - Christina (1/5): Bad - We had a terrible accident because of a huge metal frame on the floor. My friend broke her leg, she had operation and it’s been a week that she is still at the hospital. It will take her up to six months to recover. Both booking and Smartbnb refuse to cover her medical expenses through their insurance liability.
- Christina (1/5): Bad - We had a serious accident at the flat. There was a big metal frame on the floor from the window. My friend slipped on it and broke her leg. The ambulance came to take her to the hospital, and because of this serious injury she had operation at her leg. It’s been one week and she is still at the hospital. It will take her up to six months to stand on her feet because of this. Neither Booking nor the Smartbnb company that manage the flat want to cover through their liability insurance her medical expenses. A METAL FRAME on the FLOOR EQUAL TO THE SIZE OF MY HAND PALM is NOT SAFE. Planning to lawsuit both booking and Smartbnb. Unacceptable behavior from both sides , especially Smartbnb. DANGEROUS COMPANY, NOT RESPONSIBLE they don’t care at ALL about the safety of their clients.
